Pros: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Cons: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Pros: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Cons: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Cons: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Cons: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Cons: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Pros: Front and rear boarding is nice, makes the process go a little bit faster

Cons: Seems stingy not to offer any free drinks on a flight, not even water. I'm glad the major US airlines have not started doing that. Checked bag fees are based on weight which is fair in a way, but annoying that I have to pack a travel scale and weigh it the night before to avoid being overcharged.

Cons: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Cons: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Cons: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Cons: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Cons: the Team Leader at the check in counter was nasty, Her colleague made the mistake of not telling me that I had to wait there for the wheelchair that was going to take me to the plane, so I went to have a light breakfast. Then I waited half an hour on my feet waiting for the wheelchair

Pros: The flight attendants were kind. I cannot say much about the boarding process. They boarded from the front of the plane to the back (which is the least efficient way of boarding), but I was travelling in a wheelchair, so I received priority boarding.

Cons: I fell asleep before the plane even took off - it had been a long day. Because of this, I missed the snack and beverage cart. When I awoke, I was very thirsty. I could tell I was dehydrated. I asked the flight attendant for a beverage, and she prepared a glass for me and grabbed a Coke. Then asked for $2.50. I didn't have any money on me. I also have never known a flight to charge for your first non-alcoholic beverage. The seats were cramped. I have short legs, but my knees were an inch or so from touching the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me leant back, they were practically in my lap. I also did not have much space between me and the person beside me. The rows were three deep, and I sat near the window. Getting up to use the restroom, I was practically crawling on the other passengers' laps. There was no in-flight entertainment, but I wouldn't have expected it out of such a short flight (~2 hours from Dublin to Lisbon).

Cons: My bags did not make it to the destination. This caused me to miss a bus and train.

Pros: The crew and the security people were very nice

Cons: Flybe’s app wouldn’t work on my phone, so I couldn’t pre-pay my checked bag. To avoid paying £40, they helped me squish it into the compartment and allowed me to take it on board. However, that meant I had to carry it all around the airport (no carts) and lost half of my toiletries. Frustrating!

Cons: Hand luggage size is smaller than all other airlines and so if you have a connecting flight, Flybe will charge you for baggage that other airlines will accept as carry on due to their ridiculous and smaller than normal carry on sizing policy which they are overly Zealous about. £40 each way

Cons: The boarding in Lisbon was a total disaster: no control of lines, unprepared staff, very confusing and slow. The airplane was very uncomfortable: very small seats, almost no reclining of chairs, very warm inside. Horrible flight!
