flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.
Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.
Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.
Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.
The worst flight ever. Sitting in plane for 4 hours delay and then they change crew. No water or food offered to any passengers including children in that time. Only 2 toilets out of 3 operating for flight with 200 passengers. Only enough food available for about 7 rows of seats depending where you sat you might be lucky. Cabin crew very unfriendly.
Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
Nearly every flight was delayed, I missed a connection at one point and the solution was unbearable. Added nearly 12 hours of travel time to my itinerary and was given no recompense.
I was extremely stressed out with the delay of our flight, not because of the delay per se, but we weren’t getting any responses from the staff/crew as to what was going to happen with our connecting flights. I think if they were better informed, and in turn we were informed, we would be more at ease. Also, at the Newark security area, the scan machine detected something “foreign” in my crotch and behind area, I cannot believe that in 2024, these machines cannot differentiate between a sanitary pad and a dangerous object. The security officer who conducted the body search was really sweet and apologetic, and asked me if I would like to move to a private area and conducted the search thoroughly without making me uncomfortable, but it is clear that these machines need an upgrade for such issues.
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
Missed the flight due to delays, waited hours for someone to finally do something to help, get on a flight 10 hours later only to have the plane deviate to Greece and made us spend the night in Greece and get on a flight the next day. It was a 3 day trip and the worst experience of traveling we've ever been through.
