Pros: The flight was okay.

Cons: One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in.

Cons: Lines were ridiculously long and system was down. They claim to be the cheap airline but can't even give us a free carry on. Never again.

Pros: much shorter then our expected hour and a half plan

Pros: They knew that there world be a 2 hour weather delay but boarded is on the plane and made us wait 2 hours so we wouldn't have the chance to reschedule our cancel.

Pros: The entertainment was good and that’s about it! The crew was extremely bossy! The aircraft should have been cleaned better. Terrible odors and dirty kitchens!

Pros: The crew was amazing.

Cons: My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler.

Pros: Speed of boarding from both the gate crew and the cabin staff. At that hour of the morning the last thing you want is hassle when boarding.

Cons: It's a very very early morning flight.

Pros: The selection of movies was great. Boarding happened super fast and plane departed early.

Cons: Plane was incredibly cold! Touch screen didn’t work well. Breakfast was lame. Flight attendants were super loud during breakfast service even though the lights were still dimmed.

Pros: They were efficient and timely

Cons: We asked two Ryanair employees when we arrived at the import if our bags would b considered carry-on and then we were forced to pay $50 each at the gate to check our bags, making this economy flight much more expensive. We saw a number of people with bags as large as ours carry on and even the baggage attendants outside the plane were surprised. Wong fly Ryanair again due to one stubborn employee at the gate

Pros: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Cons: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Pros: Flight was on time.

Cons: I paid online for a checked bag and they made me pay for it again at the airport. Staff at the airport wasn't very friendly.

Pros: Fast flight with no issues

Cons: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Pros: Nothing even though the advertised price was cheap by the time we added on all the other charges we could have flown with a more reputable airlines and it was not a deal by no means.

Cons: Everything. Abrupt staff at check in and on board staff also had attitude.Seats where dirty .We stood outside to wait to board when the plane was not even there and lucky it was not raining as we would all have being soaked. I don't know why we had to stand outside in the cold when the plane was not ready.

Pros: Meeting my seat mate!

Cons: Drunken rowdies from Ireland going to Amsterdam took over the cabin with obnoxious, vulgar behavior...fueled by the cabin staff selling the drunken crowd even more alcohol! One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!

Pros: Fast, once we got going

Cons: They were late, selling stuff on entire flight. When landed we had to walk up stairs we suitcases. I could do it but what about the Ederly.

Pros: Boarding was quick from front and back. Food service aslo went both directions, quick and efficient.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: over head was so small could not get bag in that was perfectly fine on other flights. And it is the only airline that we had to go to verify passport . All other did it while we were in line.

Pros: The desire to keep up with the schedule. impressive.

Cons: Memmingen Airport does not call "Priority" card holders at the beginning of boarding passengers.

Pros: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Cons: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Flight was cancelled. Ruined my travel plans and made me miss another flight, bus ride, and also got charged for a hostel I never made it to. Thanks Ryan air!!
