Passport control in Frankfurt took a long time, luckily the plane was delayed and we could make it in time, the crew was very nice, they kept bringing drinks to keep us hydrated.Although the flight was delyed we got here on time.

Pros: "Plane ride was very smooth. I was particular about the type of plane. Fly-by-wire planes(mostly built by Airbus) tend to be smooth sailing"
Cons: "The back of the seat should have better storage. Was not good at all. Some flight attendants efficient but not friendly."
Pros: "Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude"
Cons: "Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times."
Pros: "I enjoying having an aisle seat plus two empty seats next to me. I appreciated that you are conserving plastic cups. Keep up the conservation!"
Pros: "Good flight in a nice A380, I’m in the top floor on premium economy."
Cons: "Crew is not smiling a bit and slow service even if she serve only 32 of us in our section. Flight is not really smooth and shake a lot."
Pros: "The food was good"
Cons: "I paid for extra space and it looked like the seats I got were the same as all the others"
Cons: "Never made the flight because my first flight was delayed."
Cons: "Lufthansa’s service counter in Munich was helpful with locating baggage and unfamiliar with transit rules."
Pros: "Very comfortable flight. Excellent take off and landing. Liked the extra legroom in coach for a bit more $$. Super friendly & professional crew. PA system was very difficult to understand."
Cons: "the food was a bit bland. Selection of movies very limited"
Cons: "Many people missed their connection at Dublin. I had a horrible ~6hr wait. Aer Lingus did nothing to help or compensate."
Pros: "Despite the delayed flight air Lingus gave us compensation bonus for a small meal and drink at the Barcelona airport after 2 hours caused by a thunderstorm."
Cons: "Inflight Barcelona to Dublin air lingus were charging for drinks ( non alcoholic) and food . Which seems to me after waiting 02 hours at the airport they were suppose to compensate the customers."
Cons: "My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took."
Pros: "There was more seat room in this plane."
Cons: "We deplaned on the tarmac and had to use steps to get to the ground."
Cons: "Food/ beverage service poor - luggage handling extremely bad. Delayed delivery at muc airport of one bag. Second bag did not arrive. Their luggage handler - global- extremely un/non professional. Absolute diaster: no offical tracing nr established, had tocontact air lingus myself.their phones seem not to work - the phone rings, then disconnects. Still no update on the present whereabout of the bag"
Cons: "After dinner, icecreme was served in Dixie cups to some passengers but not to me. Flight attendant seemed aloof."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "There was no vegetarian option. Most airlines now have at least one vegetarian option. You had to ask at time of booking.Booked flight last min as Mom not well,l no time to think @ food."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice"
Cons: "Not very happy with Aer Lingus’s ground crew or customer service or the way they run things. And Dublin airport is an unorganized mess. Probably will never fly with them again. Gave no concessions for canceling my flight out to Amsterdam."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I needed to change my flight and was not able to access help from overseas- please have someone contact me so that we can arrange my return flight. Thank you, Diana diana@aliveanew.com"
Cons: "Free-for-all boarding was less than ideal. Boarding by seat rows as on Boston to Dublin flight would have been better."
Pros: "The flight was 9hr each leg which is not baf of elder people. The food was fine. Entertainment was good. Austin to london flight was a little spacious and comfortable."
Cons: "You need to display gate information for connecting flight well in advance for thr elder people to get to the gate on time. We had the gate information displayed just 1 hour before departure. London to hyderabad flight was too cold. If the temperature was adjusted above 72 degrees it would have been appreciated. London to hyderabad flight was cramped up. Not at all spacious, my knees started to hurt after the flight."
Pros: "Seats were small."
Cons: "The boarding process was inefficient and long. The seats don’t recline and very little leg room."
Cons: "My bags were delayed, and ten days later, I still don't have them."
Pros: "Service was good on the plane"
Cons: "Thought I had purchased an optima coach, but was forced to pay $60 baggage fee. At checkin, asked for aisle seat, but agent had already assigned a middle seat. Then asked to change to an aisle seat, but she demanded $30 to change. Aftwr boarding was complete, there were at least 6 aisle seats empt"
Cons: "The flight was an hour late leaving Rome. They did not even offer a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Because it was late leaving Rome we missed our connecting flight from London to Chicago. Disappointed in lack of customer service!!!!!"
Pros: "Everything was great. The seats were comfortable and the crew excellent. The aircraft was clean and easy to get about in."
Cons: "Nothing to dislike."
Cons: "Planes definitely don't give you much room, but this was a short flight."
Pros: "Pilot was a real pro Cabin crew active and supportive The 787 was sparkling clean"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "The crew on this flight was very nice and accommodating but was over shadowed by the experience of prior connecting flight and rediculous need to RUN thru London airport requirements to reach this flight."
Cons: "Lost luggage and rediculous connecting flights."
Pros: "The Business Class accommodations and staff were excellent. The boarding process was on-time and painless and made a very long trip enjoyable. Despite my poor experience checking luggage, see the dislike comments, there were two employees who did go out of their way at the end of my poor check-in experience to help me. I did not get their names, but their good service was greatly appreciated. The plane crews were also awesome!"
Cons: "1.Outdated website information: I have a small travel guitar that fits in the overhead bins and I always take it with me when I travel, with no issues. It counts as my overhead carry-on. I checked the British Airways website prior to leaving the U.S. and it said small instruments were okay. I was able to board from San Jose, USA, with no issues. However, I was told at Heathrow that no stringed instruments were allowed at all, under no circumstances, ever, no matter the size, even Business Class, even First Class, even if other airports were not enforcing the rules. The rules that ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE 2. Poor customer service: Due to the above, at Heathrow airport, I had mixed signals everywhere and had to check-in THREE times, twice to oversize, I was sent back and forth all over the place, finally having to go all the way through the airport to pay to have my item boxed. Most of the folks along the way were extremely unpleasant and rude and acted as if it was the craziest thing in the world that I would have a carry-on travel guitar. TRAVEL guitar, small, not full size, not needing any special treatment. Most of the agents, who knew I was struggling with this, did not help me, for example, I had to wait in line all over again, twice! There was one woman that tried to help me and put me to the front of the line on one occasion and the last agent was helpful as well. I did not get any names, which I should have, because at the end, I FINALLY had those two staff members who helped me (see liked comments). I still had to check my box, but the final agent really went out of her way to make me feel better about the experience because she could see that I was given the runaround. But the folks at Oversize and the pre-Security line, were absolutely horrible and rude. No excuse for it at all. None."

I missed that flight because Air Canada did not send my luggage which caused delays at Customs

First time - Shame on them, second, third, fourth & fifth...shamr on me! I never made it and in Lisbon after a long delay, was ushered to board to Toronto without being told that, of course - there were no flights out of Toronto. Then rebooked to another American city the next morning when there was a direct to my city. AND my outbound was delayed and boarding but Air Canada had changed my flight electronically and would not let me board (because they were dealing with angry customers)... Things happen, but out of the last four flights on AC, three have ended in Toronto sleepovers. And NO one to answer calls. It just 'feels' gamey - why would I be rebooked the next day to yet another city, then to my destination, when there were 2 direct flights? Kind of insult to injury; one of many. No one to help or do anything, just a tying to get you on your severely delayed flight to an airport with no options. Air Canada is just not worth the risk.

I had to cancel flight because of medical issue. I fell and broke 5 ribs

The cabin crew was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the crew at check in was a disaster. We had already checked in and wanted to see if we could upgrade to first class. Waited in line bc the crew was so slow. No sense of urgency. Long story short, the lady, Maria, would refuse to answer our questions directly. As we are about to leave, she asked if we wanted our boarding passes printed. I figured we were there, already wasted time, might as well. We could have gone to through security as we were already checked in. As she’s putting in our information, my bf has to step away, leaving me with out two carry on. I just had surgery and was in a sling as I don’t have much strength or movement in my left arm. She looks down at our carry ons and said we need to make sure it fits. I told her, I haven’t had an issue with it as this is what I flew with from the states to Canada. We both flew with the same carry ons. She just said to me, it doesn’t matter. I also asked her if this is a different procedure with this Air Canada as I have flown to multiple countries and states with this same carry on. She said the same policy apply, which at this point doesn’t seem true since I have gone through multiple cities and countries and multiple airlines with zero issues. I struggled to go over to the stand and once again, struggled to lift my carry on into the rack to see if it fits. All the while, she just stands and watches. Her and the manager both standing there and watching as I dropped and struggle to lift the carry on. My carry on was too wide due to the wheels and they refuse to let me use it. Then, to make matters worst, my bfs carry on, which was clearly smaller than mine, she then asked me to do the same thing, lift it to see that it fits within their measurements. Of course that one fits. But, again, I’m disabled and both the agent and manager stood there, not once offered any help. She forced me to check in my bag with the fee. I should have just walked away because, when we got to the gate, the crew there also asked that anything bigger than the slot gets checked in, FOR FREE. Maria took advantage of my disability, was unsympathetic and just a disappointment to Air Canada. And the manger, that was more interested in making other people’s lives miserable because he was clearly miserable should quit trying to flirt with Maria and actually do his job. What a joke of a staff and what a joke of an air line.

The seats were very nice. The flight attendants were obnoxious and rude. I felt that if I asked for something they would bite my head off! When I did ask for something, they said they would do it after they finished what they were doing, but never did. Horrible. Check in at business class took way too long.

Boarding ok fast crew ok long way and difficult for a connecting flight into Frankfurt airport (get off from a plane and go to security check again for a connecting flight ?)

Pros: "We upgraded to business class so service was super attentive"
Cons: "Business class on AC was equal to premium economy on west jet but lwithout the amenities on west jet"
Pros: "Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto."
Cons: "The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it."
Cons: "7 flight delays, over 1 hr 20 min to board, poor service, reboot entertainment system 4 times"
Pros: "The Toronto to Victoria service was a good one earlier but now with Air Canada Rouge service is not very comfortable and the best choice given that it a long flight. No Onboard entertainment, uncomfortable seats."
Pros: "Throughout the flight every since and while they offered food. Snaks, drinks, desserts as well as main course. Surprisingly as it is relatively not a long flight. Some of food was not very tasty, but definitely won't stay hungry!"
Cons: "Sky is the limit"
Pros: "We appreciated the generous amounts of free red wine."
Cons: "We were not notified by email for checkin. When I went to the Lufthansa site as directed, the confirmation code didn’t work. I called Lufthansa, and it wasn’t easy to find the phone number. My confirmation code had changed and I was told I had to go to the United site. Why wasn’t I informed?"
Pros: "Polaris seating is very roomy and comfortable"
Cons: "No jet bridge for our flight. We had to be bused way across the airport and climb stairs to board, which made the whole boarding order meaningless. Surely this flight deserves a jet bridge from the actual terminal gate. Also, our bags did not come out in Houston and a United person told us there were no more coming, so we cleared customs and went to our next flight. This caused us to wait 1 hour in San Antonio for our bags to show up on the next Houston flight!"
Cons: "Pilot calls in sick and the plan b is wait 4 hours"
Pros: "Arrived"
Cons: "An hour late for take off, oversold flight. NEWARK is a horrible airport. Just another day flying."
Cons: "I was assigned a seat in the last row on the plane. during the flight two stewardesses sat in the area behind me. they were VERY LOUD during all the flight. So loud that I couldn't read the book I brought along. This was the leg from DTW to DEN."
Pros: "Being in Italy"
Cons: "The flight was an hour delayed while they loaded cargo. When we arrived in Frankfurt we sat in the tarmac 45 minutes and missed our connection to Naples. Instead we had to wait all day and got an evening flight to Milan and then a local flight to Naples. Upon arrival we discovered they lost our bags. Now we're spending our holiday with nothing but the clothes on our backs."
Pros: "Flight was short so I I did not get too involved with crew, men had smiles and hellos not so with females. Maybe they get too much stuff from other passengers but I was a little surprised by it. I haven't flown in quite a while but I don't remember that bad attitude. Drink service was good with snacks."
Cons: "There was no food, entertainment and seats are not that comfortable for a person with back problems. Female flight attendants are not so much in the friendly skies"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, but was not notified of delay. Also, our gate was changed three times."
Pros: "I loved the stroopwaffle snack with my tea."
Cons: "I don't want to have to download an app for a service I don't use but every few months."
