I just wrote a text which was supposed to be for the flight from Denver to spokane not Frankfurt to Denver.

Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.

They rerouted flight to LAX. Offered nothing but a 5 hr drive to SBP. No compensation. No regards to our healthy and safety.

Flight was canceled 12 hours before take-off due to “weather”

Plane was so old it had cigarette butt trays in the seat

The flight was delayed by 4 hours !!!!! It was very uncomfortable , and they told us only one our before departure

Boarding was fast and orderly from Mx to Houston. The air around our feet was very cold, it made the flight very uncomfortable.

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.

Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby

Just a crappy airline. The same every time. You feel you are a cow on a farm. You are being being whipped and pulled.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Crew was fantastic got lovely food and plenty of water. Entertainment was good. Never had to ask for anything. Left on time and got to Seattle early. Luggage did not take long either.

Always find Aer Lingus reliable and good value for money. Food on this flight was pretty basic and the headphone Jack at my seat only worked for one ear. Little disappointed in movie selection, limited on recent releases. Staff are okay - but I always buy a cheap ticket so not like I expect first class opulence anyway!!!

Boarding was so quick, flight was ahead of time which is great and the pilot spoke clearly and was letting people know everything, amazing, love travelling with you 😊

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

Short flight, crew members were very nice, so much so I'll take the return flight next weekend

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

No food, not even snacks on the 6hr flight from Newark to Vancouver! The movie collection made up for it though and they did come around with drinks twice. Just good to know so you can eat ahead/bring snacks onto the flight. It was a bumpy ride induced by wind and rain but otherwise got to the destination safely and promptly.

Free ear adapters for movie screen and a snack with a beverage.

I am used to the seat sizes and the bathrooms being so small. Main complaint was that the world travel map was not working and the food is poor. I think they need to come back with the idea of free meals when the flight is over 5 hours. Buying meals is terrible as I can not eat much gluten. Over all I will always fly Air Canada as it is reliable and friendly staff. I really like that now I can track my bag as to where it is and when loaded on the airplane.

Plane had a problem with the steering mechanism, which causes a 2.5 hour delay while boarded.

It was good.. it was an emergency flight as had to get home for.my Mom who was dying. She passed away 5 hours after I got home so thankfully I made it with the help.of Kayak.

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

It was listed as a business class flight. The seats were economy, size, and the plane was not modern or configured to have a proper business class. I was very disappointed. Given the fact I paid for business class seating, and did not receive it.

Worst comfort that I’ve ever experienced on a flight

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

The flight was cancelled, and no reason was given. The flight was rebooked 3 days later. Calling customer service was next to impossible. There was no option to get in a queue in the phone call. It simply said all agents are busy call back later. It is 2024 and not 1970s to have such outdated technology. Live chat was even worse as I was 753 in line and it kept getting timed out. The icing on the cake was that the working hours was something like 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM? Really for international airline when the flights usually depart early in the morning? Things only got worse in the check-in counter in Mumbai. The monitor in the check-in counter said that the flight was on time even though it was cancelled. There were 2 agents helping a 747 full of passengers. It was 5:30 AM by the time I checked into the hotel. I tried reaching Kayak (Chatdeal via email) days before the onward flight from Seattle and no one cared to respond even after reminder. I will go with Expedia in the future. In fact, for my next trip to Japan I have already used Expedia.

4 hours is a long flight with no movies and no snacks.

The plane was old and the business seats were run down and uncomfortable.

You should change everything like maintaining cleanliness ,food is very bad and staff doesn’t care their passengers and there was no water in the washroom whole flight and lastly entertainment is very bad headphones won’t work as well. So basically you should change everything in your flight. I think l’m not going to travel in Lufthansa anymore. Very bad experience

Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.

It was ok but not at a business class standard No entertainment system available which is poor for a 3+ hour journey Food was ok and service was good though

It was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had , it was a nightmare ,the seats were narrow and I was very cramped, the food was awful, there was over weight person seating next to me or should I say seating on my lap.Most of her was overflowing onto my seat .For 6 hours I endured this gulag like conditions. I will never ever book any flight with British Airlines

Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

The flight and the staff was excellent. Only bad thing is no entertainment and you have to pay for anything other than water.

Our TV screens did not work, and the mobile entertainment did not work on our phones so we had no movies to watch for 10 hours!!! Bad experience.

It was a good experience. Flight was good, service was good, staff was good. But no charging ports in the first flight and in second flight there was a charging port but it was not working, so couldn’t use it. Need to improve in that field. Now a days it is very important. My TV was not working and then I couldn’t use my phone because of no charging.
