Pros: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Cons: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Cons: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Cons: There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.

Pros: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Cons: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Pros: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Cons: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Cons: due to my seating, i was freezing...i had to buy my own blanket for 5 euros and this was no be more than a sheet!

Pros: Premium seats and service make flying so much more comfortable.

Cons: Horrible and unprofessional check in process, by time of boarding more than half of passengers had not gone through security yet due to their delays. The machine and website weren’t working so everyone had to check in via the desks.

Cons: Norwegian was unwilling to refund flight to and from Rome in the height of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Cons: The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth

Cons: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Cons: Everything else. Air Lingus is like Ryan Air with an Irish accent. No space, terrible food, very low quality entertainment system with the sound muffled and barely audible.

Cons: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Cons: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Pros: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Cons: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Pros: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Pros: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Cons: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Cons: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Pros: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Cons: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Pros: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Cons: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.
