The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good
It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.
Great flight because I upgraded to Premium Comfort. Made a huge difference in the experience.

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.
Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.
The entertainment was exception as were the accommodations. The food was inedible. They ran out of food by the time they got to me and I was only offered a mushroom pasta which I do not eat. The crew had his luggage over my compartment and open/closed it every 10 min preventing me from resting. Overall, a very bad experience.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Everything went very well. I would like to acknowledge the politeness and professionalism of the staff—they are superb. No complaints.
I fell from the stairs while carrying a baby on the way to the bus to take us to the plane because TAP is too cheap to pay for a proper gate on their hub airport (not even an elevator). Plus, they were late (which they always are). Terrible airline.
Tap being tap...the company had better days, service is terrible, not comfortable at all...
No legroom, have to pay for everything including water?!? Water is more expensive than beer?
TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.
Flight was delayed, landed with short, but just adequate, time to make connection. TAP knew three from Rome were rushing to connect. Tap transfer agents repeatedly refused to expedite business class pax at any point thru the one long immigration line (while they did for other flights) which resulted in us unable to reach the connecting gate before it closed. TAP staff unconcerned, unwilling to investigate options, and no ticketing assistance available airside which is inexcusable.
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.

The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.
Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.

Everything was OK but I got the feeling that the aisle seat in row 3 is smaller than the other 2 seats
It was fine. Communication was great as we were delayed
We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.
I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!
Full flight but no issues. Had priority boarding and everything was fine
