Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. Many thanks!

The seats needs to be comfortables, at least please add more padding to the seats.

Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.

They out me in the baby row so I was surrounded by toddlers, they also did not send my luggage and was not able to book my connecting flight

I was so grateful for the kindness of the crew. They made a long trip very pleasant. Food was delicious. Many movie options

My flight from Dublin was delayed two hours which ment that I missed my connecting flight to Phoenix. American Airlines provided a hotel room and rebooked my flight for 7:30 AM the next day. I didn't get to the room until 11 pm and I had to be at the airport the next day by 5 AM. The airlines did their best but the schedule was challenging for an 81 year old.

Dinner was fabulous. Would have enjoyed a wine with it. None offered... for sale??? Breakfast was disappointing but adequate amount of food.

Excellent flight and crew. Boarding at Dublin Airport was a very difficult trying to find the right gate.

Dublin airport is big and US Customs and Immigration screening officers are is part of the process there. This eliminates screening upon arrival to US, however should be taken into consideration when playing your transfer. After all, pleasant experience enhanced by draft Guinness and Irish coffee at the buffet area near the gate. We loved boarding by the row, back of the airplane first.

There was a mixup with our tickets. They said they did not receive payment for them but yet we had seat assignments. We had to purchase last-minute tickets which cost us three times as much. that’s why they got a rated of a one.

Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.

Great crew and food and beverage. Seating tight but not the airline's fault. Will definitely fly BA in future!

Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.

Crying baby the ENTIRE flight. Not your fault, but I paid 2700 for a premium economy ticket and it wasn't worth it. should have just stuck with coach. flight attendants very mediocre - minimal effort. Plane didn't seem very clean. Didn't have any cleansing wipes - most airlines give you this when you board. Flat screen scrolling didn't work. Toiletry case a joke - why bother at all?

The booking agent, cheapflightsfares, messed up, and the information for the seats we paid extra for was not sent to American Airlines. We were separated on the return flight and sent to the lowest economy section. The flight attendant helped arrange seating at the back of the plane to allow my wife and me to sit together.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

For some reason they didn’t give me a seat and said I was on standby and to stay by the gate till I was assigned a seat then right before boarding I got a seat I got to my destination and no luggage

this was a good experience from on time boarding and take off to early arrival. Comfortable seats became empty seat next to me.
