Cons: "As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat."
Pros: "From Geneva to Athens we use the AEGEAN AIRLINES and the flight was very good over all. We had to use the AEGEAN because we missed the SWISS flight due to United's delays."
Cons: "The seats in coach are incredible small and the seats reclines way to far."

Cons: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Cons: "I was told I was placed on standby for this flight despite the fact that I booked this flight and paid extra for the chosen seat far in advance. The boarding was chaotic. Very poor communication. The flight was very delayed."
Pros: "Ground Staff (your frontline) were welcoming The seats are most comfortable, the cabin immaculately clean, the Staff polite, helpful and efficient. The flight was smooth including takeoff and Landing Thank You All"

Cons: "They put us in different seats. My 7 year old and 3year old were all sitting separately and we could not switch with anyone. The air hostesses were not as helpful as other airlines."

The delayed flight from Montreal was horrible, I know it was air Canada operated that flight but no gate open to be able to sit ,for 4 hours to wait after 2 flights and long hours. I will never flight with 2 layover and especially trough Montreal. Airport in Munich was the only civilized. Check in in Heraklion was also very slow and disappointed.
Everything went very smoothly. Only issue, my movie screen was difficult to use. Unresponsive to touch commands. The crew was EXCELLENT 👍 Very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival in London, the process was seemless. Highly recommend!
The flight was half an hour late, as happens these days always in Europe. Otherwise, fine. Friendly crew.
Pros: "The food was great, and the tinted windows allowed me to sleep!"
Pros: "The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious."
Cons: "Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also."

Cons: "My 2 bags haven't arrived from Sunday 6 January till now (10 January) and all my winter clothes plus other important things are in it. I check every day with lufthansa call center but still no progress."
The family sitting beside me had a one year old constantly crying and another kid kicking my chair. I understand it’s nothing the airlines could do or it’s fault
Pros: "The crew was extremely efficient in everything they did. Beverage service was super but many of us didn't know we could get our own from the front of the plane."
Cons: "The seats lean too far back and are hard to get in and out of. There's very little space for anyone in the middle seats to move, much less climb out from. Oh, it was never clear to the passengers that anyone could get up and get drinks from up front during the flight."
Pros: "Lunch was tasty. Crew was pleasant. Boarding was easy. Entertainment offered was excellent with a large range of things to watch/listen to. Flight was on time."
Cons: "Blankets were not offered to passengers, I was disappointed by this."
Cons: "The information at boarding time was hard to understand, even coffee was a charge, they didn’t have our stroller at the gate when we got off then when we got to baggage claim it was still hard to find."

Pros: "The crew was as amazing as they were 9 years ago when I flew Aer Lingus. The plane was very clean and comfortable. The entertainment that we could choose from very good. Something for everyone was provided."
Cons: "One thing that I would like to see improved is for the announcements to be spoken slower than they were. The announcements were so quick that I could not understand what was being said. This should be an easy fix so I have no worries ."

Cons: "They lost my bags and 5 days later I still don’t have them.. traveling alone with a baby for Christmas.. all my gifts were in that bag so Christmas is a bit of a loss.. I find it way to difficult to get refunded or reimbursed for my loss"

Cons: "Food was awful. Worst Ive ever had in around 200k miles of flying. Food service was rushed. i.e they asked me if I wanted coofee or tea immediately after serving my main meal. My son was feeling unwell due to asthma and asked for water. He got a lesson in manners and etiquette as he didn’t say please. I asked another female staff gor water. She didn’t respond so I waited a few minutes before askinfg again. She snapped ‘ I heard you!’ Made me feel uncomfortable asking for anything and that I was a nuisance. Seemed they could hardly wait to serve dinner and turn the lights off. I’ll be taking my own food on the return flight. I’m not expecting gourmet on an airline however this food was inedible"

Cons: "Check in, ticket check, linking up, boarding process, etc.... Everything was done miserably poor, that way, I believe Ryan Air can make more money by getting people will purchase priority boarding, etc! That said, and as I stated above, the crew was fine."

Cons: "disorganized boarding, charged me another 57 euro on top of the extra i paid for priority boarding with 2 carry-on. my luggage fit the size but "stuck" out a little so the staff charged me for over-sized."

Cons: "The check in process is absurd. I did not have a chance to check in on my phone beforehand, so I waited in line to check in at the desk. At my turn, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me for not checking in and told me I had to go speak with another office (though she did not clarify why) and then come back to her. The airport was small, so lines for check in, security, this other office, and those seeking food were all merged into one large group. This second office didn’t open for another 40 minutes so I was thankful I’d arrived early. Standing in line, those around me all figured out why we were there: this was the line to pay extra fees. Apparently if one doesn’t check in beforehand, there is a fee. Ok, I had a few euros left. Nope, it was €68.20 to check in at the airport desk. I took my receipt and went back to the first line, she printed me a boarding pass and I was able to get through security. The fee to check in at airport was more than the cost of my ticket."

Cons: "Hot, cramped, slow boarding and ridiculous wait times at the bag drop in. Almost missed our flight despite getting there 2.5 hours before boarding"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled , next flight 2 days later. Only online checking within 24-2hours else 55£ at the airport . Tried to checking online multiple times. Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"
