Friendly staff. It was extremely cold in the cabin. I've asked a crew member if they could increase the temperature but there was no change.
As always, it’s a pleasure to travel with KLM. It is one of my favorite airlines.

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.
one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!
I loved both of my flights to Ireland and back to Boston. The only negative was it took over an hour for the baggage to be delivered.
The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.
Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.
We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.

Most narrow seat of my life. Easyjet has larger seats. And as I just wrote in the last comment section - Seat 1A promises luxury after a great businessflight. Instead, it's narrow, the seatbelt is 20cm shorter than the one in 1B, it's just a joke.
Cancelled - booked on train; and then flights started running! I spent 5 hours with 2 changes on train while flights started and is 50 min
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

More legroom (I am 6’4”) and my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Food was laughable
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight
The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
