We had a long delay leaving IOM. No food or drunk service as it is a short flight. Shuttled by bus from terminal to plane with packed in conditions on bus.

The space between seats was reduced even further. Could not even open the tray table fully and got compressed the moment the front guy reclined. For a long haul flight it was extremely uncomfortable.

Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.

Food was terrible. They ran out of options and gave me a bland undercooked pasta and veggies. Only middle seat was available to select although I paid extra. Baggage delayed at destination. Flight attendants not really helpful.

The food could be better, more snacks. And have some plugs to chargue the phone.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

I got an email in the morning of the flight 1/7, from Kayak, that I was rebooked from UA 906 to LH 430. Nobody at Lufthansa ot United knew about this. I went to both counters. at the airport. Also, Cheap Flights, who I booked the ticket through, did not know. I ended up staying on the United flight. But this was very disturbing, since I got a very late notice that I was rebooked to an earlier flight, I hurried to the airport to find out after a lot of inquiring that this was a mistake. Not a good Kayak experience.

Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.

I was extremely stressed out with the delay of our flight, not because of the delay per se, but we weren’t getting any responses from the staff/crew as to what was going to happen with our connecting flights. I think if they were better informed, and in turn we were informed, we would be more at ease. Also, at the Newark security area, the scan machine detected something “foreign” in my crotch and behind area, I cannot believe that in 2024, these machines cannot differentiate between a sanitary pad and a dangerous object. The security officer who conducted the body search was really sweet and apologetic, and asked me if I would like to move to a private area and conducted the search thoroughly without making me uncomfortable, but it is clear that these machines need an upgrade for such issues.

I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad

No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing

Numerous delays, missed connections flight. Then connection flights were late as well
