Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.

They were charging $$$ for first glass of wine. That first glass should be included in such a high price.

My outbound flight was incredible... Milan to Chicago. The crew worked so well together. Each passenger felt spoiled and incredibly valued. The crew on this flight was fine. Nothing to complain specifically about but could not give top rating only because of the superior crew, hospitality, warmth we felt on the first flight. Unfortunately. You managed to lose my luggage ..my only piece checked in. Lost in Copenhagen so I had the added stress, time wasted to file the report. To make things worse, Italian rail decided to strike that Sunday so I could not take the train as planned back to Switzerland. Horrible waiting time and poor communication for boarding substitution bus. The substition bus to the town of Stabio did not run on time and was late about 40 minutes.

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great

Flight was canceled and the crew on the ground/front desk were I’ll equipped to handle. One woman was left to handle 150 passengers while her colleagues stood there saying: just 5 more minutes repeatedly.

We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.

Other than a delay that had nothing to do with the staff, it was a very pleasant experience.

3 Flights were late, 1 on time. When you have connections you have to run thru the airport because there is not much time. When asked the flight attendant if they could let us out first because we were 30 minutes late she said it's a small airport, don't worry. That seemed to be the standard line. Other airlines are much more helpful. Our special meals were on our flight going from Boston to Copenhagen, They did not have them for the return even though we had put in for it.

Much better, not their fault but my plane was so delayed causing me to have to take this airline rather than my earlier connecting flight

well we had 1 hot delay in Lyon and because we were not updated by further delay from Frankfurt, I had to run so fast for like 20 minutes to reach gate for next flight and then I was told the plane had 1 hour delay...

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.

Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people

Very bad flights I lost my luggage for both sides

I had a family emergency and couldn’t board and I contacted underpricer to help me get a refund or just a flight adjustment as i would still be flying later that week, and that hasn’t happened. I will never book a flight through kayak/ underpricer ever again.

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

Charging for reserving a seat is really cheap. The seats in economy are very small especially when the passenger directly in front reclines their seat. On long flights they should have coffee/tea and juices available for passengers. Here we have to bother the crew. Other airlines just put drinks and snacks in the back for the passengers.

The flight was delayed and I would have missed my connection so I had to be rerouted on a much earlier flight.

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

my flight was at 3:45 after that they delayed to 4:40 I have transit from Chicago to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to vina airport from vina to Erbil buy the Time I come to Frankfort my other flight left me I have to stay at airport all day with my 5 kids ask for help no one help me I spent at airport almost $450 just for food was horrible flight ever I call and ask for hotel from united customer service they been telling me we can’t provide any hotel I need some refund or fixed my flight when I return to America need some one respond my email

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

Terrible experince. The flight was delayed for 4 hours and we had to sit in the plane for 30 minutes without AC. At least they shouod have given us complimentary bottles of water but no one had to buy them.

I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!

Flight was delayed which happens but walking 15 mins to one gate to be then told it’s now changed to one 15 mins back then other way was frustrating

Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

It got us their! Delays Delays delayed, flight got in well after specified time, rental car firms shut at 11pm!!!! So from £300 for car to £689.. thank you Ryanair....

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

As on the tin a fair price for a fair flight ✈️👌✈️
