The seat area was way too compact. The person in front reclined, and the TV screen was right in my face. There was a metal box secured to the floor in my foot area, further limiting space. Food was OK. The last service was provided too late in the flight, so the crew was rushing at the end. The ticket counter in the Naples airport was extremely slow. The staff on the flight was friendly.

I heard that the pilots were actually leprechauns, but I was not able to confirm. Can you please provide documentation if this is true?

The check in process at the front desk felt slow and it was frustrating that we could not check in online. Everything about the actual flight was great, including very kind flight attendants and a nice larger bathroom. Only thing is that it was very cold in the plane!

The pre-check (passport control) for all US flights from Dublin airport is brilliant, meaning these flights come into the domestic airport in the US - it was so quick and easy getting to my hotel once we landed. The plane itself was great, staff were lovely and food was fine.

Punctual, smooth flight. Crew excellent and cabin very clean. Paid for WiFi but once you close out you cannot get back in even if you paid for entire flight.
