Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "No delay"
Pros: "Great equipment. Decent entertainment, sparsely filled cabin. Seat change to isle request before boarding readily made with no fuss. I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here."
Cons: "Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance."
Cons: "Dublin airport - huge lines foe transfers"
Pros: "The welcome, hospitality and service by the crew were all excellent"
Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "Que in immigration"
Pros: "Staff on board were friendly"
Cons: "7 hour delay with no effort to facilitate passengers"
Pros: "This was my first flight on Aer Lingus and it was excellent. Prompt take off and Dublin Airport is modern and extremely comfortable. I plan on using this airline again. Flight attendants were polite and helpful, as well as check-in personel."
Pros: "Not a lot"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 6 hours due to a mechanical problem. For 6 hours the passengers were told little or nothing & were eventually given a voucher for $10 to redeem on plane. Mechanical problems can of course occur, but how the airline,Aer Lingus, dealt with this was appalling."
Pros: "Excellent! They quickly offered to help me board the plane since I walk with a cane. This was my first time flying Aer Lingus from Chicago to Dublin with a connecting flight to Leeds and I was impressed with their service and efficiency. I noticed the flight attendants were attentive and courteous to passenger needs throughout the flight which was 6 hours exactly. I have flown on many airlines and the service on Aer Lingus rates the highest for passenger satisfaction. Look forward to flying them again. Thank you!"
Pros: "One male Steward was first class, efficient and very helpful to everyone"
Cons: "My flight to Dublin from Chicago was delayed therefore my flight to Birmingham is even more delayed. Let’s just say, I’m really not happy. also, I had to pay to get my family to sit together and therefore ended up paying for some stranger ‘s seat. I will contact Aer Lingus"
Pros: "I love Aer Lingus, they appear to be always on time and nice comfy seats. No problem boarding, was nice and quick."
Cons: "Nothing to not like at mo."
Cons: "I had a 5 hour delay. I had to cancel the trip"
Pros: "Crew pleasant"
Pros: "Excellent service again!"
Pros: "Great new seats"
Pros: "Large plane"
Pros: "Never got on as we were 5 minutes late at the bag drop. Attendant telephoned her line manager 40 minutes before take off and refused to take our luggage. She did manage to book us on flights for the following day at a cost of £290. Not a good experience!"
Cons: "Never made the plane."
Cons: "Dirty aircraft. Almost 1 hour delay."
Pros: "Smooth flight, wonderful crew, all ahead of schedule"
Cons: "The bussing at Faro Airport"
Pros: "Staff were very helpful and considerate."
Cons: "Breakfast was disappointing, I would prefer something savoury. As another passenger commented ... "It was not worth being woken up for a muffin and juice." The entertainment was excellent, however the screen lit up repeatedly for announcements about an offer of connectivity while we were all trying to sleep. Those who had wished to avail of it had probably done so long before. It was quite annoying and intrusive."
Pros: "Lovely crew and comfortable seats. Didn’t try food or entertainment"
Cons: "There was a terrible draught almost like an open window!!"
Cons: "Broken seats, headphone socket not working, smell of aviation fuel in cabin and then our luggage did not arrive at our final destination."
Cons: "I was absolutely appalled by the service, I was in the rear of the plane both flights and by the time the food had got to me there was no choice of meals . The flight attendants just threw it down in front of me . I found the staff rude and I could hear them making fun of passengers. Also the tables were insteady so you had to put something under it so it was level. Headphones hurt your ears. And the fact that when I booked my flights they did not mention that the flight from Dublin to Newark was a domestic flight so no free alcohol. I was very disappointed in this flight to and from"
Pros: "Overall good flight. Everyone was nice. Flight attendants were attentive. Plane was nice, clean, comfortable."
Cons: "I had to pay for my wine. Usually my drinks have been free on trans Atlantic flights. Also movies were very limited, not a great selection."
Pros: "Seats comfortable even with my disabilities."
Cons: "Assistance seats all taken by able bodies. No room for disabled. Not enuf staff for volume of disabled rendering a delay to our flight E1 273."
Pros: "Crew on board were very nice and very helpful.Apart from that I am struggling to see how this is a 4 star airline. It's a joke"
Cons: "AerLingus use a Boeing757 on this route and the seats are old, uncomfortable and many have dips in them. The entertainment system is ancient and had limited stuff on it. The food was as bad as airplane food gets. The 'beef' Shepard pie was lumpy and over salted. Also you must pay for beer and wine on this 4 star airline. They use "smart flies aer Lingus " as their advert tag line. In my opinion smart flies someone else"
Pros: "Friendly efficient Staff. On time baggage both in Zurich and in Dublin almost literally as I got through passport controls. So I could not have asked for better."
Pros: "Good company good films and service"
Cons: "Some of the food"
Cons: "Didn't like the fact when we landed in Dublin at 1.25 am. The plane did not park at terminal 2 but on the Tarmac where we had to walk in the cold to a door and then walk down a dingy corridor past terminal 1 security and luggage reclaim to terminal 2 to get out . If they are landing planes at the old terminal passport control and baggage reclaim should be in terminal 1 for these flights instead of a long trek"
Pros: "All was ok on trip. We didn't have food or drink."
Cons: "The trip while 10mins late leaving was ok. The big problem I felt was we were going to a funeral and 2 booked Monday and 3 booked Tuesday. We are 3 retired ladies and had to pay €276 each while the 2 men paid €150."
Cons: "no entertainment or food on this short flight so can't assess."
Pros: "relatively generous baggage allowances"
Cons: "Total absence of food and drink"
Pros: "nil unfortunately"
Cons: "waiting in three different lines for over two hours with one person serving! Paying for my baggage (under20kgs) with my flight then being forced into paying again at the airport because they said they did not have my details on their system. being forced to go to another line and que up to pay a second time for my baggage to be taken onto the airport. Going back to another line to put my baggage in and show the receipt for the baggage that had been paid for twice. Going to the next (another) line with one person serving - several Dublin passengers in the que and a line that as about 100mts long- yes about 100 metres long with one person serving without any Lingus staff coming to see if all was ok . No help no announcements nothing. sitting in a plane for an hour and a half with three children under the age of four crying, screaming and yelling all the way without a thing being said by any of the crew. A little is ok, but three families with young children with no support from the crew was not pleasant"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Delay at Dublin waiting for plane to get parked"
Cons: "In South America the airlines queue you by seat no and then board from the rear first. It works like a dream"
Cons: "4* star airline...hahahaha... yeah, because charging for a newspaper and for headphones is 4 star stuff!!!! Staff are unprofessional and rude sometimes"
Pros: "USA immigration at Dublin aerport"
Cons: "Buying drinks st ridiculous high prices on the flight. Sests with restricted legroom because of entertainment boxes."
Pros: "Apart from the boarding everything was o.k."
Pros: "On time, Boarding very good. Crew were brilliant, especially when they removed an intoxicated woman who was harassing the family seated next to me."
Cons: "Didn't eat dinner on flight as it came too early for a flight at that time. I ate in airport. But the breakfast was just OK & comfort I guess is par for the course these days, seats on economy fares just seem to get narrower & narrower. As far as the entertainment system it just didn't work properly (just as it didn't on the flight over) and the choice of films, TV and current affaires was pretty bad."
Pros: "Crew very pleasant"
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "I was deleted 5 hours. All the staff are lovely can't fault that."
Cons: "Late departure on way back"
Cons: "I was recently on a 5 week tour of South America where I took 13 flights. They had a boarding system whereby you boarded by numbers with the highest numbers boarding first and they had 3 designated small queues 1-15 16- 30 30 -46 and this worked extremely well"
Pros: "Everything went surprisingly smooth. Coffee was good, but had to pay for it"
Cons: "Didn't try the food"
Pros: "Crew brought around plenty of water, this was in marked contrast to my last Aer Lingus flight where nothing was offered from one hour to the next"
Cons: "I injured my leg before flying and Aer Lingus were very unhelpful and unsupportive. They had promised to speak to my doctor and then didn't, I was promised assistance in the airports which never materialised and when I checked in I was promised a spare seat next to me to allow me to stretch the leg out. This was taken away from me once I was on the plane and I had little space and comfort. I wouldn't fly Aer Lingus again unless there was no choice."
Pros: "Great views over Ireland"
Cons: "They've stopped giving a complimentary snack on this service."
Pros: "Air crew are very friendly and welcoming."
Cons: "Food selection was limited"
Pros: "Seating was comfortable though a tad bit cramped."
Cons: "Window was dirty from someone touching it on a previous flight. Cannot wear headphones during takeoff or landing was an inconvenience. Cabin crew made sure all passengers were held tightly to their rules but then got themselves a coffee and chatted up front the majority of the time. (Only an hour trip, so no beverages or snacks for us)"
Cons: "Significant delays"
Pros: "We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers"
Cons: "Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area"
Pros: "Quick and Friendly Staff"
Cons: "Flight was wonderful, landing a little rough"
Cons: "I missed my international connection because flight was three hours late."
Cons: "Unbelievable waste of time and gross inefficient experience trying to get assistance service for a wheelchair abominable delays wrong numbers and general disconnection between ground services & personnel. No problem in New York with Delta no problem in Barcelona but London was a sad performance."
Pros: "Things were pretty smooth."
Cons: "Could have done without the flight delay."
Cons: "Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing."
Pros: "Not enough information"
Cons: "The flight times went explained properly very missleading"
Cons: "Finding out that I had to pay more for my bag."
Pros: "I made it"
Cons: "If I were a bit older or slower I wouldn’t have made plane. It is unfortunate I had two leg journey to Ireland. BWI - Heathrow- Dublin is a difficult journey with 1 hour layover. I nearly had to push old ladies out of the way to make connection. Very stressful and left headphones in haste to make flight. Not an enjoyable experience."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 30 mins"
Pros: "Short flight so no food"
Cons: "All good"
Pros: "Crew was superb, very friendly and helpful as the handle of my bag broke. They did all they could to assist."
Pros: "Staff on ground and on plane was super friendly. Thanks for the pleasant flight!"
Cons: "It would be great if at least cold beverages were included in the ticket price - would make the flight experience more welcoming."
Pros: "Very busy flight but staff very professional"
Pros: "A bit late getting started but very nice after that."
Cons: "Must you charge for tea?"
Pros: "The gate agents had no idea how to effectively board passengers in an expeditious and civilized manner. The on-board crew was top-notch. Seat room was adequate, but justthat."
Pros: "Flights were on time"
Cons: "Boarding was a bit confusing and staff wasn't actively being helpful with information. Got absolutely nothing to drink/eat on the plane-not even a glass of water! The flight crew was just ok, no one "stood out" as good or excellent. Again, nothing about this flight made me want to definitely fly British Airways again."
Pros: "On board entertainment was very good with movies, tv, games, etc. The flight was on-time. The food was good. No hassles regarding paying for a checked bag."
Cons: "Small seating area. Paying extra for advance seat assignments."
Pros: "The Aer Lingus staff are brilliant!"
Cons: "Nothing to report"
Cons: "Seats are way too tight. Plane itself was very loud."
Pros: "Great service, and very smooth flight"
Cons: "I got to the airport the morning of my flight from Warsaw -Dublin and was told my flight was cancelled and no longer exists. Luckily I got a hold of my daughter who was in LA at this time and woke her up at 1am with this issue. She called the web booking company Webjet where you directed us to buy the flight, and was told by Webjet that my flight was cancelled the day before and we were not notified IN ANY WAY! By some miracle, my daughter was able to talk to Webjet and get me on a new flight last minute. Again, this is all happening at 1am California time while I am stranded at the airport in Warsaw! Unacceptable!!! I am however glad that the issue was resolved and I made it home safely. But I think someone needs to look into this immediately because if it wasn't for my daughter, I wouldn't have left the Warsaw airport due to the fact that the airline cancelled the flight and neither the airline, Kayak, nor Webjet notified me...."
Pros: "I liked the professionalism of the cede and the cleanliness of the cabin"
Cons: "I was a little frustrated with the delayed start"
Pros: "They got us there."
Cons: "We flew in from San Francisco to London on full-price Business Class tickets. Stupidly, I bought Coach tickets separately for the short leg to Dublin. British Air would not check two bags all the way to Dublin. For one of the bags, we did the measurements, and joined all the other people who haul extra luggage onto the plane for carry-on. For the other bag, sixty-five Pounds Sterling (about eighty-five bucks) for the other bag for a one hour flight. Wow! That put a big damper on the whole flight experience."
Pros: "I really liked how neat & professional the crew were dressed. The plane was new & the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "I didn't like that beverages (like water, juice, coffee) weren't complimentary. All the flights I've been on in the U.S. offer those for free, along with a small snack."
Pros: "see above"
Cons: "see above"
Cons: "Gate not given until last minute. The most cramped plane I have ever been on and I’m petite. No complimentary anything."
Cons: "In our party of 3, one bag was lost -- apparently stolen at Rome airport. Nobody there from Aerolingus to go to! No complimentary food or even water from Dublin to Rome. Lousy food and expensive drinks elsewhere. Airplane from Dulles to Dublin ws old, unkept, antiquated. Serbve on airplanes was bad to nonexistent. NO coffee in the am after an overnight flight!!???"
Pros: "It was quick"
Cons: "Food options were bad"
Cons: "Cramped seats. Entertainment system did not work well."
Pros: "My flight was changed at airport"
Cons: "Barely made flight-- no help offered"
Cons: "My daughter spent several hours in the checking in process. It was vary confusing and frustrating."
Cons: "Four hours before departure, the flight was canceled! Unfortunately, the ticket workers were too few in trying to reboot all the passengers. I was transferred to United after an hour and a half wait but was sent back to Aer Lingus (who was operating the flight for BA) by United because the Aer Lingus ticket personnel made the reservation on United but failed to provide the information necessary to generate the ticket. Never British Airways/ Aer Lingus again!"
Pros: "Flights were on time"
Cons: "They lost our stuff as we travel internationally for 10 days. No clue where it is"
Cons: "Worse experience ever!!!!"
Pros: "They tried to help me in person by making a phone call to the security gate."
Cons: "Despite the call to security (I guess it was to the security gate? Not sure) it seemed standard the way they spoke, not as if anyone seemed empathetic to my situation as I am a graduate student and was in dire need of returning to Dublin, Ireland for work the following morning. I have had a different experience with different British Airways representatives. The customer service on the phone seemed good, but in person, it just felt like robots following policy unfortunately. I spent $150 for a roundtrip flight and could not use my "Return" portion of my ticket. I arrived to the security gate and I could not be let in. My flight was even delayed which should have allowed me time to scan through security but it did not. My phone is temporarily unavailable as it is in the shop for repair, while I navigate a foreign country without the use of maps or access to email so easily. I checked my email at a random hotel in London for 1.5 hours, and 30 mins after I left, apparently an email was sent by BA to me, alerting me that I could check-in my luggage, instead of having to take it on-board as carry-on. All these details would have been nice to know a little more ahead of time. I wish I could be refunded for my flight, as that was the last flight of the evening, and I ended up having to go to Air Lingus to pay nearly 300 pounds to get on their last flight back to Dublin. As a graduate student, working on my thesis and fulfilling a job here in Ireland as the final leg of my Master's degree, any money saved is a help. Forfeiting half my ticket, and purchasing a new one twice the price of my original was not something I was expecting. I was an emotional wreck getting on-board my other airline's flight. Just not a positive experience that resonated with me overall :( I wish I had more positive insight to share, especially on social media or Yelp about my experience to London and back with BA. Plane was small, and complimentary drinks were not served as every flight I have ever been on in 30 years, and that is several several dozen, have ALWAYS given at least a drink, even if they didn't have peanuts/pretzels. Pretty disappointing.."
Cons: "Seats are too small for anybody above 5'8". My knees were hitting the back"
Pros: "The seats are small but otherwise a fine flight."
Pros: "Quick and easy!"
Pros: "Quick flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, plane didn't take off for a long time after boarding."
Pros: "Flight attendants really are nice folks"
Cons: "1. Bought ticket via kayak chicago to prague, so I got outgoing trip on British airways but they codeshare it out to Aer Lingus. Unfortunately, these dumbos haven't figured out that no matter what the gyrations they do, I still want to be able to pick my seat beforehand. Nada. Not possible online. And forget calling aer lingus 800 number. called twice and was on hold for 30 min each time, they dont bother answering. 2. At airport, I was willing to pay extra for a good seat because of the issues above, so they said they would help me out. Ha - the manager who purportedly was helping me out gave me a seat up front next to a shrieking infant and behind a bassinet (he knew exactly what he was doing but didnt care). They really lie and think we're idiots. 3. Same thing for flight from dublin to prague. This time last row next to toliets Dont fly aer lingus if you dont book directly with them, same for british airways I looked at BA's website - they do let you book a seat in advance but you must pay something for every single seat. Crazy. There are no free seats"
Pros: "The food was elevated and we were fed twice on our 9 hour flight! The beverage service was also provided often with a good assortment. I loved that there were new release movies available for free. The staff was friendly and available. If I were to do another long flight like that, I would seek out British Airways."
Cons: "Nothing to complain about"
Pros: "Going through immigration in Dublin and the flight over behind well managed"
Cons: "Security in Dublin is a bit disorgation going from the U.K. Into the US terminal. I lost my global entry card in the process and not much one could do with that process"
Cons: "There was no entertainment for that flight."
Pros: "Standard BA dependability. Like a dependable but stodgy old uncle."
Cons: "Chaotic boarding process. No enforcement of boarding groups"
Cons: "No working entertainment in our entire row. Bad qaulity seats"
Pros: "It was short"
Cons: "The area we were put in prior to boarding was just a continuous weaving queue and was quite crowded and stuffy"
Pros: "Fast boarding"
Cons: "The staff are snappy with the passengers - she tried to take my coffee away from me - this was my 4th flight in 36 hours so I needed to finish it so took it back quickly !!"
Pros: "Safe journey and on-time"
Cons: "There are too many announcements, always advertising something or other, it is an invasion of the ears that cannot be ignored."
Pros: "Short flight so not much to expect"
Cons: "We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up"
Pros: "Nothing, DO NOT flybw this airline"
Cons: "They charged me 220 pounds at the counter for boarding passes"
Cons: "Crammed into the holding pen like sardines in a can"
Cons: "Flight was late. Gate agent hassled me for my Irish residence permit without articulating that she wanted me to produce it."
Cons: "Boarding in Manchester was a disaster. Scanned boarding passes, let everyone down the stairs to the apron, only for to be told to come all the way back up the strairs again because of a change of aircraft. Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."
Cons: "Daylight robbery. I got charged 55pound for not checking in online 2 hrs before. I felt disgusted by this ridiculous amount as I had no idea. Really frustrated with your search engine and Ryan air for not making this very clear"
Pros: "I liked getting off it he aircraft n Dublin."
Cons: "I didn't like that we were told the aircraft was ready to board at 8.30 pm and we were still stood waiting at 9.10 pm. I didn't like the staff's 'nobody cares, you're the last flight of the day' attitude, I didn't like we were late in but there was no apology for that, I didn't like that we got whiplash on landing, and I didn't like the apathetic manner that we were let off the aircraft. I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."
Cons: "The app wouldn't let me check in for my return flight without paying before i left"
Cons: "It would be an impressive feat, seeing that in regular flights is already annoying, with little sleep and no explanation for the delay whatsoever it would be nice."
Cons: "Stood in a queue for ages. Got our bags checked and then told that flight in was delayed and once in passengers will deboard first and rhen we will board. No apologies offered. We left late and areived in Dublin late. The trays in front of our seats (all three in our row) were dirty with spilled teas etc and we were not able to use rhem. As for flight and crew and everything else it was ok and nothing special. We felt rushed and were told get a move on quickly."
Cons: "It was not Ryanair... It was KAYAK who fooled us."
Pros: "Fast flight"
Cons: "Mess at the airport, ryanair speeding at the gate but not with the flight"
Pros: "Crew on board"
Pros: "Just plain good old Ryanair on time no frills"
Cons: "All was perfect"
Pros: "Fly on time"
Pros: "Got there on time"
Cons: "It's Ryanair - a thoroughly unlikeable airline."
Cons: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."
Cons: "Flight bit cramped in seats"
Pros: "Just a pleasant flight with pleasant crew. Couldn't ask for more!!"
Cons: "Plane arrived late, took off 1.5hrs after plan and arrived late in Dublin There was no tea, beer or wine. Most of the food was not available"
Pros: "savannah and other staff member who catered for front of airline were just fanstatic.. down to earth really helpful and clearly experienced. really well done. please can they be passed some thanks from me. wayne trueman front row"
Pros: "Getting off the plane at the other end, eventually."
Cons: "The massive delay, the move of gates to the other end of the airport only to get onto a bus and then wait 15-20 minutes to get off the bus and onto the plane. Even an offer of free coffee on board would've been nice but nope, just a few apologies over the PA."
Cons: "I don't like the fact that you have to pay to sit with your companions. As a protest for this I refuse to buy any food or drink on the flight."
Pros: "Good coffee (for £3)"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for an hour. Looked like the crew were a bit overworked."
Cons: "Ryanair's new random allocation for the seats is a joke. They are trying to make the most money off their passengers. I've flown with them for the past 5+ years and this is the first time I've encountered this nonsense."
Pros: "Crew seemed nice"
Cons: "An hour late to arrive. Paid for priority boarding and was taxied to plane to priority boarding was waist of money"
Cons: "I had to miss one of the legs of my trip to Dublin due to connection problems and struggled to find out if I could reschedule the flight. In the end I resorted to simply missing it and booked elsewhere as there were no tickets available on either Ryanair or your site.Ryanair need to be more accommodating of people who need emergency contact."
Pros: "Fast efficient service no problems"
Pros: "We were not called"
Cons: "We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation."
Pros: "The crew were really friendly and helpful. It was painless, quick, and easy :)"
Pros: "crew very professional and friendly and boarding was quick and efficient.."
Cons: "flight price extortionate......flight delayed by over an hour resulting in me missing my bus connection and having to wait 2 hrs at airport"
Cons: "Allocation of seats saw my wife in 5c and myself in 31d. 31e was vacant."
Pros: "Friendly and helpful cabin staff"
Cons: "Really cramped seating :-("
Pros: "Quick and easy .. flights bang on time, Return flight very 20 mins ahead , Nice staff"
Cons: "Ridiculous overpriced snack menu. Sandwiches etc.. And coffee not good too expensive.. Let's you down.!"
Pros: "Price Ok flight Boarding was fine"
Cons: "Crumbs on seats and wrappers on floor 1:10 minutes late to depart"
Pros: "Lovely new plane lots of room"
Cons: "Bumpy landing"
Pros: "Missed as flight from.larnaca was cancelled"
Pros: "Great app"
Cons: "Boarding was manic and Kerry airport facilities poor."
Pros: "Punctuality, cheery crew, decent leg room compared to some other airlines, inability to recline seats (great!)."
Cons: "Lack of seat-back pocket in front for book, newspaper etc."
Cons: "Did not used.mistake on the date of flight purchase. Explained to Ryanair the day of purchase for change to the date.no change nor refund of my money. Free money to Ryanair. Bad experience for me. Thanks"
Pros: "It was a steady flight"
Cons: "4 hour delay"
Pros: "Flight was problem free. A few delays when boarding but hardly any time delay overall. Seats were comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. Time from start to finish was unbelievably quick."
Cons: "Not applicable as everything was fine and problem free."
Pros: "Quick flight crew helpful"
Cons: "Outward trip was delayed by approx 1 hour. Without any announcements or information. The return flight was just as bad, rushing everyone through to the gate waiting area just to be left sitting there for an extra hour."
