Pros: "I never got on the flight as there is a global pandemic and a mandate for NY'ers not to travel. The worst part is that I don't think I'm getting a refund."

Cons: "The flight attendants were just awesome. First time flying with Aer Lingus and I must say they are my favorite airline henceforth"

Pros: "The crew was extremely efficient in everything they did. Beverage service was super but many of us didn't know we could get our own from the front of the plane."

Cons: "Had to cancel trip due to avalanche risk and snowed out resort. In order to claim insurance CSA travel protection I need a copy of flight fare rules. But JustFly will not send me a copy of those rules. Some crazy policy that requires I pay $150 cancellation fee in order to get those. If I own the ticket don't I have a right to know what the rules are? CSA and JustFly have created a catch 22. CSA requires something to make a claim but JustFly won't provide it!"

Cons: "Who starts a boarding process 2h before the flight with only 2 counters, with no possibility to check in online (even for those without luggage) and no automatic machine? I'm very glad the company had the kindness to wait for us on the last call for boarding when you finally check your luggage 30min before departure. Should we talk about the politeness of your fight crew? In short, very disrespectful. Delivering the luggage took an extremely long time"

Pros: "The service from the flight crew was excellent. On board meals were good, too. Although my luggage never made it on my flight to Chicago due to a delay arriving in Dublin, Aer Lingus provided me with tracking information, and I received my suitcase at my home within 48 hours."

Cons: "The airline lied to us and told us the flight was cancelled when in fact it wasn't. It was the connecting flight was overbooked from Dublin to Boston, and because it was they decided to pull us continuing on to Boston out of line and left us stranded in Berlin. They initially gave us the excuse it was cancelled but in fact it took off fine. We 10 people had to then wait 2+ hours in line trying to find alternative flights to get home. The 1 person behind the desk was slow and didn't actually complete the paper work properly. She had attempted to book me on a passage on British Airways but didn't do the paperwork correctly. I reported to the British Airways desk and found that she hadn't in fact done anything. It was to the British Airways person who actually got me home properly and safely. I would not recommend them any more to anyone. They didn't reimburse me, they didn't even attempt to tell me the truth, they didn't even do their job correctly. I recommend to others to fly a different airline."

Cons: "Traveling for important business trip. Flight got canceled for “operational issues” and I Never received a notification from the airline or booking agency. I was told I couldn’t get a flight until 24-48 hours later. There were flights available through other airlines, so I asked if they could get me on one of those flights. I then sat on hold for 45 mins to be told that the airline wasn’t responding and the only thing they could do is refund me. I ended up purchasing a new round trip airfare 4 hours before departure which cost me $1000 more than what I paid for my original flights. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress during this period again with no help from the agents. I expect someone to get back to me regarding this and offer some options on how to make this situation right."

The check in line I got there 2 hours before my flight and waited an hour in line just to get to the counter. The line was still long after I had gotten to the counter. It should not take that long for a line to move especially if you get there 2 hours beforehand. The flight You had to pay for a snacks, water and sodas. The flight was 2 hours we can’t get a water for free?"

Cons: "Loading for departure was almost 45 minutes late. The plane had been at the gate for at least 3 hours. Many varying excuses were given. Once boarding started, it was stopped again for mechanical problems with the plane. Each announcement assured us that no one would miss connections in Dublin!! Plane was loaded and doors were closed and secured....then we sat in the plane for over an hour without moving. Still experiencing mechanical problems. Now there was no way to get off or rebook a flight. The ENTERTAINMENT system did NOT work on the plane!! Landing in Dublin we were told to see agent at the gate if we missed our connecting flight to get info on our re directed connection. If we had not been rebooked, go to a room off the baggage area to be rebooked and then get our baggage. There was no one at the gate, the person in the room that we were directed to could not do anything, the baggage carousel broke down twice and our luggage was diverted to a different carousel with no indication that it had been moved. We had to go thru customs and go down to be re ticketed for a different flight. We waited in a long line for a hour to try to get a new flight to Hamburg. There was another 2 flights that could get us to Hamburg in time to make it to our destination But the Aer Lingus did not have a reciprocal agreement with that airline. Aer Lingus could NOT get us to Hamburg in time for us to make our connection there! The Aer Lingus agent told us that her only job was to get us to Hamburg and nothing more! Anything beyond that was our problem. We missed our 10 cruise because of the excessive delays, excuses and incorrect information given by your agents!!!! We are seasoned travelers and have never experienced such terrible service! Our trip back to the States from Dublin with Aer Lingus was just as terrible! Communication is NOT one of their strong points. We were boarded on he plane and sat for an hour and a half before asked to de board the plane. The plane had been damaged by the skywalk. We were told that food vouchers would be given for lunch and that we were not allowed to leave that wing of the terminal. It took 45 minutes for anyone to meet the passengers with the vouchers. These vouchers did not, in any way, cover the cost of a lunch. We were called to line up for boarding before most even had a chance to get in an order at the food counter. Everyone hurried to get in line and it was 3 hours later before we were allowed to board the plane!?! This does not make one want to fly again soon with this airline!"

Cons: "Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,"

Cons: "My travel agent could not check us in as she did not realize she need passport info, exp. date, and birth date and we couldn't reach her in time to get us checked in with the time difference. It cost us an extra 115 pounds to checkin at the airport. That is ridiculous!"

Cons: "We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

Cons: "Gate attendant was very rude and charged me for an extra checked bag even though my bag fit into the sizer and I measured it before coming. He looked at it for two seconds and did not even put the bag all the way in the sizer. I tried arguing and he would not listen to me at all and just said “I’m done talking about it, either pay me or we will leave you here”. So I guess it’s their policy to hold you at ransom if your bag is even close to not fitting. Even worse, the plane was about 40% full and there was no shortage of room on the plane. They are crooks!"

They don't send you an email when it's time to check in. They will also send you on a wild goose chase through an airport and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I will never fly with them or their affiliates again."

Cons: "After having all my liquids taken at security from my carry-on (which had been just fine on all other legs of my trip over) Ryanair decides that they are too full for me to take my bag on board, so they made me check it. When I requested that I get the bag back at the gate, they said no. It had to be checked through to baggage claim. This meant that in Dublin I had to go back to get my bag downstairs and go through security twice more. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I had a very tight connection to the US. It was horrible! I purposely packed light for a 16 day trip!! It would've been helpful if they had let me gate check it. I won't fly them again."

Cons: "The announcements over the PA system are garbled. I challenge you to sit in the body of the Plane and compare the diction on the Security announcement to that of Pilots/Cabin Crew This is particularly relevant when the Pilot recommends passengers to keep their belts fastened during flights. Cabin Crew fail on repetitive announcements -such as food service. It is almost like a race to see can they beat a time set by a previous Crew member on the flight out!!"

Cons: "The staff had no idea what was going on half the time. I had to wait in 3 different lines and were told 3 different things because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. Unfortunately, I did not have internet access nor a phone to check-in ahead of schedule. Since the airlines assumed that everyone has this luxury, it wouldn't be a problem."

But it took us 3 hours to be reticle ted because they use a subcontracted staff who was closed. We were told to get our baggage and recheck, after waiting 50 minutes were told that our bags made our original flight-even thought that is against FAA regulations. Went back to ticketing and the Sipervisor told us that our bags did not make the flight and to go back to get them. Another 45 minutes and we were again told that they made the first flight. Happily they actually were at our destination when we arrived. Never again. And we paid more in change fees Han the ticket cost"

As a result I had to leave some valuables behind. They did not have a humane bone in their collective bodies. They charge you for EVERYTHING, including water. They're so hard up for money they sell lottery tickets in flight! Don't EVER waste your money flying with them."

Cons: "Charged $20 to print a boarding card, $50 for luggage, and $50 to check in at the airport. Flight attendants were peddlers of goods--no free service"

There is no entertainment onboard, no food except for sale, and some luggage restrictions you need to take note of before you check in. Otherwise, quick smooth flight, friendly staff, luggage arrived, so overall fine experience."
