Cons: Tap water offer would be appreciated. Too bad the checked bag price is so high that everyone brings what they can onboard which fills up all the overhead storage. Tickets that are bought together should be seated together if possible and not just randomly assigned.

Pros: Timings, the plane was fine for the short journey we had.

Cons: The boarding process and difficulty in hearing the crew member as he had a very strong Eastern European accent

Cons: Cramped seats did not recline; all drinks, including water, had to be paid for; plane did not have a jet bridge and passengers had to walk up and down stairs to embark and disembark. This airline takes No Frills to an entirely new level.

Nevertheless the initial flight took place, though nobody understands how the airport under a ban of regular air traffic allowed Ryanair to fly! My online refund form does not work, as thousands of people are now struggling with the same - a notification pops up on invalidity of our booking number! Ryanair is s shame!

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Cons: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Cons: We did not know when we bought the tickets that there is a $45 dollar fee for checking in at the airport. We received a reminder email in our inbox a few hours prior to our flight, but we were already traveling and our WIFI access was limited, so we did not see it. It cost an extra $90 dollars to check in and a bit of stress as we were attempting to check in before the two hour mark using the airport internet that was spotty. We ended up missing our checkin by minutes, and had to pay. It was like being on one of those timed amazing race shows. $90 dollars!!! Won't do that again.

Cons: We were diverted to a different airport for a reason they said they didn't know. We then sat on a plane for an hour while they figured things out and let people off that wanted to get off. We then switched planes and sat on that plane for another 45 minutes because they missed 3 people who got off the plane earlier so their paperwork was all wrong. I understand that they may not have been all of ryanair's fault, however I feel like they could have handled the situation much better. We ended up getting to Gatwick about 2-2.5 hours late. There were 2 flights that left Dublin after us that got to Gatwick before us. They still never told us what they diverted. However we saw a couple Maintance guys looking under one of the wings the entire time we were there.

Cons: They will hit you for more money every chance they get. Checked baggage. Not printing boarding pass prior to getting to the airport.

Pros: The price is the main reason to fly. It was on time and efficient. Would definitely ride this airline again.

Cons: Restrictions on baggage made me have to rearrange. Nothing major, just a slight inconvenience.

Cons: Finding our way around the terminal. We finally found the check baggage and checked them. Then we went to security which was at the opposite end of the terminal but we were sent back to baggage to have our boarding passes stamped with the visa stamped. Then it was back to security.

Pros: Crew was great. Professional, funny.

I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine

Pros: I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted.

Cons: The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating.

Cons: We arrived almost 4 hours early for our flight, since we had been traveling already for a week we did not have an opportunity to print our boarding passes so when we first got to the counter the woman from Ryanair told us that we would need to wait until 2 hours prior to do anything, so we sat and waited until that time, we then went back up to the counter and they sent us off to another desk where they told us because we did not check in prior to 2 hours before the flight that we would need to pay a fee of $45 euro per person. This fee was more than the entire flight itself, and if the woman at the counter the first time would have told us that we just needed to check in, we would have done that since there was Wi-Fi at the airport and we had to sit and wait for almost 2 hours anyway. Needless to say my husband and I were more than irritated about this and the service that we received.

Pros: Gave 1 star for food & entertainment as didn't buy food and of course too short for entertainment Would fly again with Ryan Air if they didn't insist on a printer boarding pass, too difficult.

Cons: Having to print out a boarding pass is almost impossible when travelling as no access to a printer. The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told.

Cons: I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on.

It's not like we need these things for shorter fights, but why would anyone pay more to fly a nicer airline if you're treated like you're on Ryan Air?
