Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.
We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.
I didn't know if the plane was even go And the plane shook like it was from the same era as Indiana Jones
We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!

On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
The embarkation at Dublin was a kin to a Ryanair approach, in other words a circuitous and cheep access
Most narrow seat of my life. Easyjet has larger seats. And as I just wrote in the last comment section - Seat 1A promises luxury after a great businessflight. Instead, it's narrow, the seatbelt is 20cm shorter than the one in 1B, it's just a joke.
No snacks, drinks or coffee. No entertainment, not comfortable seats
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.

From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.
Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.
Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.
The worst flight ever. Sitting in plane for 4 hours delay and then they change crew. No water or food offered to any passengers including children in that time. Only 2 toilets out of 3 operating for flight with 200 passengers. Only enough food available for about 7 rows of seats depending where you sat you might be lucky. Cabin crew very unfriendly.
The distance between seats was narrow. So my recommendation is to increase it
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean
The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.
Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).
Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.
We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
I really like it and travel to Europe and back with Lufthansa, but it is getting expensive, a bit beyond my me
Not available crew to load the luggage for all the passengers,comon situation for local European destinations , not acceptable situation, never Lufthansa again 😉 🙄
Flight was overbooked. Crew did a great job but passengers weren’t nice and really not patient. Flying in these times is not the best idea tbh.
