€83 Find Cheap Flights to Bosnia and Herzegovina

Lufthansa cancelled our flight from Los Angeles to Naples Italy on March 10 for scheduled flight on March 12 Very stressful experience trying to arrange alternatives. Will never fly again with Lufthansa

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.

Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!

it was great the cabin crew were polite and detail oriented.

Airline food is airline food, but the plane was wonderful and the seating comfort outstanding. One of my best flights in quite a while.

Smooth flight with enough time for connection. Ran out of meal options. In-flight and gate staff were friendly and helpful. Good service overall.

..it was short.. I didn't like that my red bag went out completely stained with black stains..That's probably some airport staff bad handling but still

Food could have something without dairy, I couldn't eat anything. Tv for both seats was malfunctioning. They have one bottle of ginger ale for entire plane.... and I paid extra for these seats...very disappointed

We were upgraded to economy plus and everything was awesome!
