I got to my gate 20min before takeoff, but the boarding had finished and the gate was closed. I missed my flight. How could BA not figure out a way to get me on that plane? I was just a transit passenger, I will never fly through Heathrow again. Lufthansa is a terrific airline, they always figure it out how to get you on the plane even if you late in transfer."
Cons: "I recommend that you not affiliate with Webjet. I will never make a reservation through them. Everyone at Webjet is from India with strong accent. Always put on hold to ask supervisor to make any change. Took 4 phone calls , many emails and hours on the phone to finally cancel a flight."

BA gave excellent support in this difficulty but it was next day for a connection, changing plans for others at home and making it difficult at their end (hotel and pet boarding reservations). There were noisy babies the whole trip--not airline's fault but does make an uncomfortable and long trip even worse. The flight was full, so it's 10 hours in a sardine can--and they wonder why people hate flying now. Hate flying and only do it when necessary (longing for the good old days when flying was comfortable and fun)."

Cons: "I bought a ticket from British airlines but the first leg of the trip was with Vueling. The online check in at British Airlines sent me to Vueling but I couldn't check in with British. We had to stand in line at Vueling to check our bags and then with British Airlines to get Get the boarding passes for the other two legs of our our trip. The bags didn't make the switch. British Airlines found our bags in 2 days but 5 days later that's a week later the web check of our file says bags ready for Delivery and call help line can not talk to the airport to find out the problem."

The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Flight attendant was pleasant but she should have just kept her mouth shut if she was unsure. Our relationship status is none of her business. She meant well & is pleasant bur I was on call before & did look tired. Asking if my boyfriend was my son did not help the situation."
