Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Everything went well, but could have used a bit more legroom.

The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.

Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.

The flight was half full and I presume that the next few days are even less busy not sure why they are still charging a premium to change a flight.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Very good need to offer better choice of food for business

Aer Lingus doesn't have plug ins for devices at each seat. They also did not give me a dairy free meal as requested and confirmed by staff. It was as if I had not requested anything. Otherwise, they were great!

No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.

Flight was cancelled. Rebooked after 5 hour delay. Pregnant daughter rebooked following day with 12 hour layover in Düsseldorf. However - I must applaud and praise the Business lounge hosts who were EXCEPTIONAL in trying to rebook and arranged for our daughter to standby for last flight of the day - which she made. The terminal B business lounge reception staff were AWESOME

Flight was late about 30 minutes. After our overseas flight problems, there was no one at the Munich Airport to explain what was happening. Flight itself was uneventful with water and cookies handed out.

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!

Better when flight announcements are better produced and slowed down a bissele

Could not check in early online, even after multiple attempts. Got the last row when checked in at airport. Food was bad tasting and no choice at all. Comfort was poor. Overall a very bad experience. I wouldn’t fly again with Lufthansa.

Efficient boarding. Good flight but seats were quite uncomfortable considering we'd already been sitting on two flights, total 13 hours or so. Would have liked to have prices on the menu of amenities on the plane. We could have used more water. Restrooms and nonalcoholic beverages at no extra cost, not much else. I realize these were discount tickets, and the airline has to break even, so I can't say we were expecting amenities to be plentiful. Still, it's nice with long flights to discover a few. Very pleasant crew though.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

Houston to Porto flight delayed landing made us miss our connection. Tried to get on standby for the next flight and even though the lady knew we wouldn’t be able to get on it and she sent us down there. We sat there three hours and then we’re told there’s no way you’re getting on this flight. So we had to go to customer service and ended up having to spend the night in Frankfurt and missed a whole day of our vacation in Porto

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.

This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

Flight was delayed by 7 hours and it caused all kind of issues

Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?

The crew were very friendly and helpful. Also, the airline was very strict and not very helpful when I wanted to start by boarding from Heathrow airport instead of Glasgow international airport. I stayed 10 hours in the airport and no hotel or any form of compensation was provided. That sucks.

My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.

It was pathetic. The flight was delayed more than 24 hrs. It took off next day 23:50. The staff was very unprofessional; nobody provided any information on 26th jun. Simply asked to make your own arrangements. Next day also, it was almost 3hrs delayed. Very poor communication to the passengers.

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

All fairly good as usual. Tried business class for the first time and enjoyed the inclusive champagne and good food. No entertainment as a less than 4 hour flight.

Our seats were moved by ticketing agent at Chicago, so we thought we were getting an upgrade. Turns out we were put next to 4 children 2 of which cried or screamed for the entire 7.5 hour flight. It was a terrible experience for us.

The flight was excellent with very attentive and friendly staff. Food was delicious and amenities were nice. Only trouble was the 1 hour and 20 mins I had to wait for luggage. Guess there was an electrical problem at the gate.
