Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

On time flight, I requested wheelchair in Zurich , when I arrived they were no where to be found, I had one hour between flights I had to walk with great difficulty.

We had issues with upgrading our seats. The flight itself was fine.

Golf Bags never made it on the flight. Very expensive golf bag and. Clubs,shoes, clothing. Will file a claim against Aer Lingus

Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.

Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.

I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised - it has been awhile since I traveled with them - other than being delayed leaving Malaga everything ran very smoothly- yes I would travel with aer Lingus again and yes I would recommended

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

the room on the plane was good but that is because flight not sold the other three seat and I had room. the food in terrible.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

Very good need to offer better choice of food for business

the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.

Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.

We Boarded the plane in the middle of the airport field . We were shuttled and climbed up the stairs, to board the plane,

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Delayed takeoff was inconvenient. We should have boardrd later. Coffee/ beverage service on a 7:30 flight would have been good.

Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was ok. Business flight Boston to Lisbon was awful. Attendants should pay more attention to Business Passengers and not be so stingy with water. Worse Business Flight I have ever taken. Food was awful. Cramped for space.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.

Perfect although it took an hour to board the plane but other than that it was great

Terrible. For clarity - this was the Level flight to Boston. Not Vueling. Would urge customers to avoid this airline. Gate agent was singularly unhelpful. He was argumentative, rude and went out of his way to ensure that every penny was collected for the baggage (which we realized given how early we were for flight we could have saved hundreds of dollars if we checked in on app). No onboard entertainment or WiFi. Half of the front section was empty because the seats did not work! Plane was falling apart.

No complimentary snacks, but I think that’s a standard in the USA. There were loud drunk Germans sitting in front of us.

Good standard flight the plan was clean could not complain the only thing is checking in the pushchair was very slow only 3 people at the counter.

The flight attendants were friendly and professional. I asked to change my seat and the flight attendant was accommodating. We experienced a short delay due to the late arrival of the plane. However, the onboarding and disembarking process was efficient.

It is just fine but I am okat withi it is because for a 30$ flight I didn't expect anything more.

The whole flight was coughing and farting all the way. It was impossible to breathe. If people are traveling sick they should either not be allowed to fly or made wear masks

I will never fly vueling. 1h30 delayed, connexion missed with the crew closing the boarding in front of us. 40 people missed the Barcelona-Orly connexion. hours waiting for rebooking and hotel.. inadmissible

Non stop flight from Barcelona to Rome, arriving on time.

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!

Flight delayed. Sat for more than 30 min with no air conditioning on a very hot day.

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

Worse situation ever. Arriving at 4 am with 7 Hours of delay

Booked extra legroom seats but as plane had changed we ended up with normal seats. Very little attempt from staff to sort it out

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.
