Pros: Crew was great and the plane was comfortable. All the amenities were included in the price and that was a plus.

Cons: Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight

Cons: Everything. Ridiculously low baggage limit, so they can slam you with extra charges. Then they charge you for food and drink, even in premium economy. Most employees we encountered were unhelpful and indifferent if not outright rude.

Pros: Waited forty mins at a check in line, and this was for premium. Staff unconcerned, working slowly. Only two checkin agents for premium. No lounge access. another long line to board. Uncomfortable seat that barely reclines. Mediocre food. And all this at a high price for a round trip NYC-MAD-NYC. Avoid this airline.

Cons: Pick most anything. The price. The checkin, counter agents, boarding, my seat. Overpriced “budget” airline.

Pros: Seat was very good. The headrest was conducive to sleeping

Cons: The crew at the check-in counter was inefficient and gruff. At the boarding gate, there was no one there and no announcements until after the time the plane was scheduled to depart.

Pros: The plane was pretty cool. I like the fact that the overhead compartments had enough room. The staff was friendly, too. The piece of chocolate is very tasty.

Cons: Food on those airplanes is always bad. There were not enough chicken sandwiches and some passengers only were given cheese sandwiches.

Plane never made it to the terminal but passengers were let off in the middle of the airport and placed on buses! No driver on a fully loaded bus for 10 min. Terrible! Didn’t make it on next

Pros: Lunch was tasty. Crew was pleasant. Boarding was easy. Entertainment offered was excellent with a large range of things to watch/listen to. Flight was on time.

Cons: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Cons: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Pros: The crew service was very good, as was the food. The only complain is about the entertainment, hope to update the touch screen.

Pros: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Cons: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Cons: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France
