Checking in and crew were great. Seats in front of you in economy recline so much that you can't get out of your seat. I guess thats why its economy....
I liked the flight experience. I don't like the leg room.
There was no entertainment on the plane no screen to watch anything from Zurich to LAX boarding was slow and very unorganized. as a result there was delayed I bouught in flight internet and it did not even worked after 10 minutes. no crew helped . I would like to get a refund on that. crew was not friendly
Flight was on time. Could have been a little more comfortable. Baby cried all night.

Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.
The plane from Venice to Dublin ran out of food. They did not restock the plane in Venice.
It was very refreshing being in a nice and clean plain, with pillows and earphones that you don’t have to pay for, with warm food and beverages and a very nice crew
The flight from Dublin to London was short but they charged for any food or beverage. I have never paid for anything except alcohol on a flight before so imagine my shock at being charged nearly 4 pounds for a cup of tea. I once took an hour and a half flight (different airline) within South Africa and was served a complimentary dinner. It’s minor things like this that might make me hesitant to choose Aer Lingus over another similarly priced airline.
Ground crew in Dublin also not friendly, I had a tracker in my bag that was showing the bag was left in Canada however they didn’t want to help.
The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Most narrow seat of my life. Easyjet has larger seats. And as I just wrote in the last comment section - Seat 1A promises luxury after a great businessflight. Instead, it's narrow, the seatbelt is 20cm shorter than the one in 1B, it's just a joke.
