Pros: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.

Cons: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.

Pros: Full array of entertainment.

Cons: Seats were not too comfortable.

Pros: This new c-series was fantastic, what a nice aircraft!...feels very airy, clean & modern! Wow! Thumbs up! Looking to fly again on this plane.

Pros: Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess.

Cons: Because I booked through a broker and saved hundred$ I couldn't bid for an upgrade or use points to upgrade. Also transfer to international (Terminal 3 to 5) at O'Hare is awful especially because you have to go through security again.

Cons: We logged 4.1 miles of walking in the airports because of gates and connection flights, baggage and customs.

Pros: The entertainment was good and the crew friendly

Cons: My seat and table were dirty and sticky. We had a 45 min delay. I was seated in the middle of the plane and received my meal lady and of course had no more meal choice available since they had run out . For the snack I also was given a different meal than my seat neighbor

Cons: They charged for drinks, even soft drinks! There were three annoying children sitting behind us all under the age of 8. They were unsupervised. I didn't think airlines would allow an entire row of kids to sit like this without an adult sitting with them. Their mother was across the aisle.

Pros: We got two drinks, I had an empty seat next to me which made things more comfortable

Cons: Add an entertainment system, better food, there shouldn’t be a long wait to get a drink after your meal and maybe serve water with the meal. There wasn’t too many shops in the airport

Cons: They lost my luggage during the tranfer in Frankfurt. They did return it however within 24 hours.

Cons: My luggage did not make it with me.

Pros: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Cons: seats very uncomfortable, boarding was a mess in Paris, priority luggage was annoying and made us miss our connection flight (as well as numerous delays)

Cons: More water provided during the flight. Also, the second meal was not very good.

Cons: Surprised one flight that from what it looked to be, once flight took off a older couple came out of the cockpit are and took a seat in business class. I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight

Pros: Don’t feel fully informed of what is going on. Had overhead bin opened and seat reclined during takeoff.

Cons: The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work.

Cons: Lufthansa business class in the 747 is dated and not the most comfortable. No pods and privacy. Entraînement system at my seat was defective

Pros: The crew was ok. The seating was comfortable as we had good leg room as we booked on a premium economy class.

Cons: We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!
