Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
On the way my flight entertainment wouldn’t work the screen went black and no matter how many times I tried to turn it on it wouldn’t. Food was surprisingly good but the tray tables were tiny so you couldn’t get anything else on the table. The seats hardly go back and are not overly comfortable. Wouldn’t fly United again.
Perfect flight. Smooth flight. Arrived 20 minutes early at destination. Excellent service.
The flights were on time which was great give. It was holiday travel season and there’d been some weather issues. The only complaint and this is every time with United is the terrible seat design. The head rest is not built for comfort and having my neck bent forward for a cross country trip reminded me while I try not to take United flights as a rule.
I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
Everything was absolutely wonderful from check in to baggage claim. Staff was very professional and sweet. Will definitely recommend United to family and friends.
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
I like how the crew and pilot kept us updated Even though our flight was slightly delayed. We made up time for it in the air. I really did enjoy my seat and amenities and my trip and value overall.
Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
The delayed flight was awful and moving the departure gate twice was annoying
Flight from Miami to Lima was very good, like the free WiFi to get movies and TV.
While waiting to claim my checked luggage, I discovered the airline had lost it. After a long wait and inquiries, I discovered it was on another flight. Fortunately, the airline finally sent my luggage home.
This flight never occurred because AA couldn’t get their act together.
Flight was good & early meaning the gate was changed. With gate change there were no wheelchairs & the gate attendant left without making sure wheelchairs were coming to the changed gate. I had to go to another attendant at another desk to get this done.
So, the trip from Dublin to LA did not really happen because the flight took off before we could finish the transfer.
Very nice experience. Flight had good entertainment system and good food options. Customer service was very friendly and nice as well.
Like - the crew were nice Dislike - sitting on the tarmac for long periods after boarding and landing.

One of the best flights I've been on in a while. Very genuinely friendly staff. Courteous, kind, respectful. On a past flight (not Aer Lingus) I remember being woken up rudely to put my seat forward. Like a child being berated for something. Oddly jarring experience when someone could just tap you gently on the shoulder and gesture kindly. But I noticed the Aer Lingus staff were incredibly patient with everyone on the plane. It's the holiday season and I noticed a lot more elderly customers on the plane than I typically see flying, and the staff went above and beyond with helping accommodate people. Service throughout the flight was flawless. They came through offering water, and picking up garbage at perfect intervals. Seemed like this flight, everyone was on point. And the flight landed early on top of that
Seats are small, but comfortable and more space around you, so for a normal person the seats are perfect. If you are a big and fat individual, I would not think the seats are comfortable. All else was good and normal. Lots of movies to watch.
Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.
The same as I stated prior. We incurred extra costs that should be reimbursed, given we were not communicated with about schedule changes.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. Flight was delayed but crew gave little to no communication, then “began boarding” but really just had everyone stand up and wait for an hour without any news or updates, as if we were going to start boarding at any second. Total chaos. Seemed like this was their first time boarding a plane. When we arrived at our destination, we waited for over an hour for the baggage claim belt to even turn on. Probably waited at baggage claim for our luggage for close to two hours. Everyone was very confused and of course we all worried that the luggage was lost. Again, zero communication and everyone we asked just said “I don’t know.” So we were left wondering whether to wait, or file a missing baggage claim, or check the other baggage claim belts (which we did every fifteen-twenty minutes because we were just confused). Lack of communication throughout the experience was a huge issue.
The ground staff did not load my bag onto the plane and despite me watching from the bus that my bag is not being loaded and taken back on the cart to the terminal, I pointed out to the staff and ge laughed upon checking my tag and knowing they made a mistake. Instead of calling the cart back and loading it he said we can’t fo anything and you should file a report upon landing at RAK. I told them my stay there is short and i needed my bag as it had everything I needed but no avail. Even the pilot was informed, staff of the plane was aware but all in don’t care mode. Upon arriving at Marrakech RAK, i filed a report and being told it might come in next flight tomorrow and we don’t provide delivery service, you must come and pick it up. If it doesn’t arrive on time then it will be sent to your home in the US. Unbelievable stress and inconvenience that could have been easily prevented by the ground staff.
The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.
I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.
Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.
Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.
Boarding process was fast and efficient. Short flight but on time and well organized. I would certainly fly TAP again.
Very long line at the gate, moved slowly. I had expected that boarding a flagship A330neo would be with a jetway directly at the gate, and not a long bus ride to the airplane.
The layover was only one hour and a huge line for passport control. If I didn’t cut the line and argue was every single official, I would’ve spent the night in this one. Obviously.TAP AIR people. do not take into account.this problem with their flight scheduling, which is extremely frustrating. Poor food choices, on the pasta was offered, they ran out of chicken right away. All the sodas and water poured in a tiny 70 mL cups, which is not enough to keep hydrated on the long flight. I had to ask for 34 cups at a time. Flight attendant seemed to be tired and overworked.
I am not very tall, and had a difficult time getting my carry-on placed in the overhead bin while passengers were behind me waiting to get to their seats. After struggling with the luggage, I turned it around, and left it, knowing it was not properly placed, but believing there was adequate room for it in the bin. When the flight attendant came through the cabin, she asked whose bag it was, and scolded me for not positioning it correctly. She turned it around and moved on. I thought that her approach was totally unprofessional, calling out a passenger in that manner.
The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.

Great seat in premium economy, great food and drinks throughout lots of in flight entertainment. 1 hour 40 min delayed flying out , 2 1/2 hour wait at passport control in tampa
Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.
My seat cushion was poor. The cushion was compressed and was uncomfortable for such a long flight.
