Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible
There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible
loved the bulkhead seats with all the extra leg room! The initial dinner was excellent unfortunately the last meal was unsatisfactory. Our salad was partially frozen and the pizza roll was 90% dough. My only complaint

Delays!!! Serious delays. I was told by a member of staff in LGA that I would miss my DEN to LAX flight connection, so I was put on a later flight. Due to delays I would have been able to have made my original flight, where I was sat in business class - seat 1A: I was put on my original flight but bumped from business - 1A to economy 33C. I want a refund for paying business class but only flying economy
This flight was 2.5 hours delayed due to crew issues. This meant that we arrived after 2 AM. Very very inconvenient and we were not really kept well informed.
I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).
The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.
Terrible. We had about a 3 hours delay which led to us missing our connecting.
It was the worst experience ever. Cabin temperature cold, for which they did not have any blankets upon my asking. We paid $125 extra for each passenger to get extra space sits; the sits were ridiculously small, tight, and uncomfortable! The flight attendant dropped ice on me and my sister! All in all, American Airlines deserves below zero!
Terrible will never fly it’s them again. Delayed 6 hours and not even a free drink. Disgusting airline and terrible customer service
I arrived three hours early and I got all the way to the gate within 30 minutes once the ticket counter opened up. New trainee on her second day did a fabulous job.
My five hour layover in Phoenix turned out to be 7 1/2 hours. A plane that arrive late because of some other issues with that route. Then we boarded and had to wait for an air test. Then we discovered that the wheels flat and they say we have to Deign well while we do planing the crew changes the tire before we’ve completely gotten off the plane. So we didn’t need to get off in the first place that cost us a good half hour to 45 Minutes at the least.
The inability to be flexible when you need to change a Basic Economy flight, when your company demands you book through a third party, causes raw feelings about the whole experience. A major airline should realize business and personal plans change all the time. I must save my company money on travel. Even if you have to charge me for the change, I get it. But being so rigid with a policy is not the best customer service.
Absolutely the worst experience. We were 5 hours delayed due to mechanical issues and a crew timing out. We were not offered any concession. When I asked for a meal voucher, they gave me $12. You can get a bottle of water for that at the airport. Offensive.
American Airlines actually put me on a Delta flight. They didn't have to do that. They could have offered me a flight the next day or even two days later. But, American Airlines agents put me on a Delta airplane from Atlanta to Sao Paulo, instead of going through Miami when my flight to Miami was cancelled. American Airlines made sure that I got to my destination on time. I appreciate that.
Great customer service. Frequent updates from the pilot. Smooth flight. Good entertainment. Meal service.
Great service on the plane and by ground staff. great prices. I was able to change seats on the plane. The allocated seats cannot be changed when checkin in online. They have to be done at the airport if you check in at the airport or on the plane by asking a stewardess / steward.
Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.
Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.
Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

First the price I paid was excellent, my flight was full, but my seat was roomy. The one downside to the experience was they had games on the entertainment console. The guy behind me poked at my head about half the flight. I hope they get rid of this feature.

This flight was rebooked from a missed connection 3 days before due to connecting flight cancelation. We had upgraded on our original flight but were assigned coach seats on this flight. BA could do nothing to upgrade us due to this flight being "overbooked" and "busy". We should have been rebooked in upgraded seats. Now we have to apply for a refund.
Good seats. Average to poor lunch. The snacks before landing was worse. Great crew.
No entertainment and WiFi for a 13 hour flight is outrageous. Old plane. Broken seats and toilet of order. To have to pay for food and a blanket under those conditions is ridiculous. We are never flying with Level or Iberia ever again.
I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.
The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.
They cancelled our NON_STOP flight from London to Chicago 22 hours before our flight. After a 2 hour phone call, they rescheduled us from London to Barcelona (Wrong way to USA) 2 hour lay over, and then to Chicago for a 9 1/2 hour flight at 6 am. Ruined 2 days of our vacation. We will not fly British Airways again.
We were delayed for 7hrs. No announcements were made, the lines for checking were out of control. No one knew what was going on. Complete madness
Plane arrived late to gate, staff at Philadelphia had no sense of urgency to get people on the plane. Boarding took 15 min longer than it should have because despite 4 staff working at the gate, only one was scanning tickets while the others sat talking to each other.
Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident
Entertainment was good. Food was OK. Cab crew was great.
Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!
Access to movies was nice, food not bad, and landing was smooth. Cramming us in like sardines is not fun. A little more space to bend down to get a bag or not touch my neighbors arm because we’re so close would be better for a 9 hour flight. Whomever designed the seating and you, who bought these planes, clearly are NOT interested in customers’ comfort. So stop pretending you do. Also, if you want traveler’s to check their bags so there is space to store carry one, don’t charge so much to check baggage. Seriously?!
Horrible. Crew is not helpful. Lounge is sub standard and overcrowded. Getting to your plane is underwhelming “via a bus”. Worst experience I have had.
I had to wait for 10 hours at the airport and no hotel accommodation was provided. That sucks big time.
They can't seem to deliver a delayed bag in less than a week. Is this the 19th century?

The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.
Crew was great. Food definitely top 10% for airline food. Seat was comfortable and legroom was good, BUT the seats were too close together and I was touching arms with the guy next to me the entire flight. Also, I had an aisle seat, and although my arm was pulled right up to my side, I was bumped by passengers and crew at least 6x. I'm looking into business class next time. One last note: the whole British-AA airlines partnership thing was confusing. In 2024 this should be seamless, and passengers shouldn't need this # for BA and that # for AA. There should be a single unified way of messaging from the airlines and checking things for the passengers.
