Cons: The Dublin airport is in desperate need of air-conditioning!! Pretty amazing and international airport doesn’t have this handled.

Cons: Cabin crew makes way too much noise on an overnight flight. On these flights, the focus should be on letting passengers rest, and limiting announcements, even if that seems to take away from the perceived level of service.

Cons: You can not bring a hot drink on board,but they give you hot drinks on board it doesn't make sense.. The seats are very small on a 9 hrs flight,the arm rest should go up for some space when available..There should be at least a vegetarian option for people who don't eat meat..

Pros: The plane was brand new!

Cons: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Pros: The crew is always smiling and ready to help you and I really like that.

Cons: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Cons: My wife and I paid for a better seat, (online) but when we boarded they told us that was impossible. They kept our money !!!

Cons: Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat

Cons: The flight was delayed by more than 45 min as 2 passengers noticed that the plane was not cleaned properly prior to boarding (apparently there was a large mess around their seats). As a result, the cleaning crew had to board the plane and remedy the situation. In addition, the crew was rude.

Pros: Crew was good especially the young man. I paid an additional $78 for an aisle seat and to be away from the bathroom. They moved me two rows from the bathroom. All night the door opened and closed. Constantly people lined up and talking waiting to get in.No chance of sleeping .Man kicking my seat.

Pros: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Cons: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Cons: Better leg room, better food, friendlier crew. Today you only get good treatment if you pay extra for it... Something is wrong with the pay-for-good-service model most airlines follow

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Cons: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Cons: Checking our bag was a nightmare. All bag check-in was at kiosk which we couldn't use because we had to pay to check our bag. Had to find a desk in another terminal to check bag, then pay an another desk for said checked bag. We saved money by ticketing this way but we almost missed our flight

Pros: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Cons: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Pros: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Cons: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Cons: Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together.
