9 hour flight and breakfast is a yoghurt and a biscuit? Hold luggage added $70 each way. Reserved seats added hundreds more - they can’t guarantee families, even with children, can sit together if you don’t cough up. Entertainment system not working, attendant not bothered. Eventually offered money off next time we fly United - no thanks. A dismal experience.
Monitor did not work at all.
Seats are small although a big plane.
It’s a hopper.
No inflight entertainment for 4 hour flight. The United entertainment system is often broken. Please fix this recurring problem!!
Too slow to board, were not willing to do anything for missed flight due to lineups at immigration.
Exelent
Friendly and smiling crews! Seat allocations could be a lot better! Couple should allocate to seat together, not split them apart! Food could be a lot better. For 9 hours flight should have dinner and breakfast, and not just the main meal! Seat changes should be free!
Quick and painless.
The inflight entertainment system was malfunctioning for 11 hours. It worked... but paused for thirty seconds every minute or two.
No food but such a short flight so actually ok
Actually no food was ok. It was a short flight.
Communication was great for the flight delays and yet we still arrived on time. There are no food services which is why it got a lower rating.
Leave on time
Too many delay
Excellent flight.
Have global access. Was directed down the line there but nobody working TSA. Had to them cut into economy line. Why pay for something if you can not get it at the airport
The boarding experience at Newark was total chaos. United had three different flights boarding at the same time in very close proximity. The gate agent was rude and not welcoming. The flight didn’t leave for an hour after all were boarded. There wasn’t enough room for passenger bags due to the number of people who brought on very large suitcases. It was a full flight and just really not comfortable.
A refreshment. But realize it was small plane with one flight attendant,
Security wasn't too bad getting through
The boarding process in Newark was a complete disaster and total chaos. They had us board and then we didn’t leave for an hour and a half. Terrible.
All good
Much prefer 787 Dreamliner to the 757 which is also on this route. It’s a modern state of the art airplane vs the dated 757
Entertainment did not function for everyone. Cabin temperature was inconsistent. Started cold, mid flight was too hot and never adjusted.
The food was good but it come late,it better to give the food one time, you give privilege to people who pay
Liked entertainment availability on my own device. Plane was quite old, no power outlets. Seats in economy class quite tightly placed.
Very good economy class flight from Frankfort to ORD. If you have to fly (and I don’t know how else you’d get across the Atlantic) to works just fine. Just be prepared for the check in, TSA, and boarding lines. Just a part of travel.
A wait on the tarmac before coming to the gate. Happens every time I fly into Newark
Nothing
They had us board the plane even though they knew there was a mechanical problem before we boarded. Then we had to sit on the plane for almost 3 hours while they fixed it.
