Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
Outgoing flight was cancelled due to labor issue but the airline found be another flight just a few hours later than the initial one.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.
Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.
Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.
I had great difficulty in switching flights. The airline said it was up to Kayak and Kayak said it was up to the airline! Incredibly frustrating!!!
Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages
Last minute charge for 1 checked luggage before boarding which wasn’t mentioned when we bought the tickets months ago. It was an unexpected surprise. We had no choice but to pay to board. Most airlines allow your first luggage free.
Love the A380 - loads of room. Headphone socket on my seat didn’t work. Sounds like a trivial issue? Well when flying long-haul the in-flight entertainment is what keeps you going so when it doesn’t work it’s a disaster. Pay attention to the details please BA. Spoiled what was otherwise an excellent flight with the usual brilliant crew.
A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.
They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute
The on flight entertainment system touch screen system and the USB charger did not work on multiple seats on least 4 seats an in different rows. The attendant tried to reset the system but was un successful. I couldn't change my phone to get my ticket for my next flight. This was an international flight I changed seats and the problem was the same. the flight attendant offered his power bank
Good service from BA. Wish flight was non-stop to London from Grand Cayman.
I had a great experience on this flight! The crew was extremely helpful and attentive. Seats are very comfortable and the in flight entertainment was excellent.
