Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks

The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.

For a 22 minute flight all you expect is for it to be safe and comfortable

I think it would have been better to get a heads up to download the app before getting on the plane as I only had wifi in the airport and didn’t realize the plane was an older one. Maybe a little more communication before hand would be lovely. The seats as always were crammed and uncomfortable and trying to convince people to spend an extra 150 so that we have an extra foot of leg room was less then ideal.

The crew on this flight was amazing. The most positive and friendly flight attendants I have witnessed in years!

They makes us feel confident on the flight. There was no any cancelation and they are really helpful with us.

Staff were engaging but more concerned about their interaction with each other than with the passengers. Aircraft was very old and this was highly evident in the disrepair of the seats (pictures were taken). Video screens were small and difficult to use.

Unenthusiastic crew and mediocre food is less than expected in business class. United cabin is very comfortable but they need to up there game to make it the real deal.

Franfurt bus brought us to the airplain and we were sitting in the bus for over half an hour! right by the airplain. No explanation. People were very frustrated. We all misse our connections in Gdansk. That extended our travels beyond 24h. Thanks Lufthansa!

This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.

Air.Canada assisted passengers with hotels, cabs, and accommodations when the flight was delayed because of mechanical problems.

New Airbus 220 with all the amenities. Not sure why hot beverages were not served as flight turned out to be very smooth…

It went well until the end when they lost me baggage from Toronto to Ottawa and now my baggage tracking is "inactive"

I really find they have good service but need to serve meals on flights longer than 5 hours. Very cheap of them as I am a large stock holder and find they can afford it. Really like tracking my bag and the updating of flight info etc on my text and emails.

Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.

Terrible delay causing missed connection in Toronto. air Canada should have hotel Vouchers waiting for you or handed to you when you check in. Also baggage claim in Toronto waited for 50 minutes.

Alright. 15 hours is too long of a flight. I wish the connection was out of Vancouver like it was on the first galf

Our flight was delayed twice. I was told in Seattle that my bags would go through all the way to Melbourne. I then double checked in Vancouver and was told no they won’t. I’ll have to pick them up and recheck in to my new flight. With the delay in Vancouver I missed my flight in Brisbane. The time we were given to eat dinner was maybe 20 minutes before they came around to collect dinner. I was only halfway through. Just thought air canada would be better

United flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul is on Lufthanza and United could neither provide a boarding pass or Lufthanza code to get a boarding pass. Very poor connection ability in Frankfurt and much frustration with the connection.

Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

Our flight was canceled for unknownreqson and we had to wait for another 7 houres to get the next flight

I had a good experience but it can be better.

One hour delay due to late arrival. More than 50 people lost their connections!

Selling food instead of offering it as complementary with the excessive price, is pure greed and not comptitive at all.

Seat was comfortable, but very hard to work to recline properly. Impossible to find the headphone jack. Food was not good at all. Tray table pocket was filthy. Flight attendant seemed annoyed at everyone and everything.

British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

Suite door was jammed but seat itself was very comfortable.

My selected seat ending up being very uncomfortable both major flights. SFO to London and back. Seat arms did not go up so it was not like suggest by BA staff. On return flight my seat had a life raft barrier in front off me and large man beside me.

The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

Innovative boarding process using face recognition was flawless. Excellent food. Great lounge!

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.

The flight was late and we missed our connection because of that
