The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food
Flight on time, landed well ahead of schedule. Attendants were excellent and responsive

Rude Iberia security crew at the Madrid terminal. No Iberia officials to be found to redress complaints at the gate. No supervisors. Nothing for processing upgrades at the gate Iberia app did not work to let me upgrade my options to higher classes. No water was offered on a hot day in Madrid. Madrid airport air conditioning was so weak that people were sweating. Never book on any airlines that codeshare with Iberia.
It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.
Any flight that lands safely is a good flight. However our leg from Helsinki was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. The delay would not allow us to make our connection to Cincinnati. I was informed by American Airlines that our Cincinnati flight was rescheduled for the following day. I immediately made a non refundable hotel reservation in Dallas. Upon exiting the plane at Dallas I was given a hotel voucher. Nice, but I can't get a refund on the hotel I booked. A little communication would have been helpful. Food on Finnair is below quality of Korean Air.
Everything was quite easy from boarding to landing - the staff was great and service was excellent too!
LHR is always kind of a challenge. British Airlines did a fine job. My tickets were the cheapest so I can’t complain.
I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it
This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.
A seat was broken There was a delay of 45min A checked bag was missing in Boston
The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!
The free WiFi was great so I could stream movies during the flight. I would like to have movies available instead of on my device. Thanks!

From Rome to Dublin if you want any refreshments you have to pay for them, Not used to this as we typically get soft drinks and a little snack on a 3hour flight in the US.
Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.
Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Not good. Flight crew, was not friendly and just shoved stuff at us. Not the way I like to travel.
They kept us on the tarmac for 6 hours after already delaying our flight by 2 hours. No one had any answers. They sent our gate checked stroller to baggage claim instead of giving it back at the gate.
The WiFi didn’t work entire flight, couldn’t watch a movie. The recline button didn’t work
Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!
Well, true to American Airlines, both of my flights were delayed. But it’s a good thing that American is so consistently incompetent because if the first flight was delayed in the second flight was on time then I might’ve had a problem..
Not great. I understand delays happen due to weather and crew issues, but it was unacceptable that no agents were available at the counters inside the airport for customer service or help getting on a standby list. The app was not helpful either. I stood in line for an hour waiting for someone to show up at the gate to help me get on a standby flight. Customer care does not seem to be a priority.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
