It all went very smoothly, love the new planes and cabin crew upbeat and friendly Food ok, but that is the hardest part of it all
Finnair was ok. But some things were pretty bad: 1. Crew was not friendly, especially a crew member named, Maria. She woke me up while I was deep asleep by force just to let me know that 2 people can’t be on the same seat (my toddler and me) for sleeping. 2. There was no vegetarian option in the menu so I had to eat bread for one meal 3. They didn’t have an option for child meal
The food was delicious. There has been a major improvement here in the last few years. Excellent, friendly service. An enjoyable experience.
Awful. Delayed for unknown reason. Boarded late, part of a Tight connection ands had to go through customs and immigration. And they lost my bags.
Late, dirty cabin, charging ports broken, uncomfortable, no tomato juice, barely edible food
Flight on time, landed well ahead of schedule. Attendants were excellent and responsive
It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.
Any flight that lands safely is a good flight. However our leg from Helsinki was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. The delay would not allow us to make our connection to Cincinnati. I was informed by American Airlines that our Cincinnati flight was rescheduled for the following day. I immediately made a non refundable hotel reservation in Dallas. Upon exiting the plane at Dallas I was given a hotel voucher. Nice, but I can't get a refund on the hotel I booked. A little communication would have been helpful. Food on Finnair is below quality of Korean Air.
Everything was quite easy from boarding to landing - the staff was great and service was excellent too!
LHR is always kind of a challenge. British Airlines did a fine job. My tickets were the cheapest so I can’t complain.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.

I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!
I loved both of my flights to Ireland and back to Boston. The only negative was it took over an hour for the baggage to be delivered.
The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.
We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!

On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!

Wifi was good on the flight from DCA to Dallas and terrible on the flight from Dallas to Tucson. The forward head in the flight from Dallas to Tucson was putrid smelling entirely urine soaked. The flight from DCA to Dallas was delayed by almost 30 min with a plane change.
Checked in online. Seating map was inaccurate. Wound up in a middle seat. Couldn't download the boarding passes had to go to the counter to get them. Otherwise flight was ok.
With weather and severe delays it was disappointing we didn't receive any compensation for the 5 hour delay. Not even a food voucher.
The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.
Sat on tarmac at arrival at DFw for more than 30 min waiting for a gate.
Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.
The average age of the flight crew had to be 58. With that said I just felt the flight crew was old and grumpy during meal service. The one male flight attendant was annoyed that Dr. pepper was the popular drink of choice during dinner service. He had to bend down multiple times and sort through popular sodas to get the Dr. Pepper. I overheard he complained under his breath. Another flight had no clue what they are serving for breakfast. She said we had American waffles and Japanese Cold soba noodles with dumplings. It turn out to be hot noodles with shu-mai. It the cold affected my choice.
The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
Horrible, they detoured my first flight to Roswell and the communication on why was very poor, We arrive late then waited 20 minutes for them to set up the bridge. I arrived at my connecting flight gate and was told my seat had been given to someone else even though the flight was delayed. We then get to customer service and the computer went down for several hours. The person at the counter was eating their lunch while trying to help me get a flight. Dhe then rebooked on a flight with a connection that was leaving two hours prior to me landing. So I had to then stand in another line to get rebooked. I missed my trip to Morroco and waited 7 days to finally get my luggage. It was a nightmare.
All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.
A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.
For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.
I have nothing but great things to say about the crew of the American Airlines flight from Madrid to Dallas. They were fantastic! I do, however, have some disregard for the flight attendant that was late in Dallas, causing us to further delay the boarding of our flight to Portland, and leading to the eventual cancellation of that flight. Because that crew-member was so late, we got caught-up in a weather-related ground stop, eventually causing our pilots to "time-out". So we couldn't get out of Dallas. We would have departed DFW on-time (and before the arrival of the thunderstorm) if not for the lateness of that crew member. The whole time the pilots couldn't tell us whether the flight would be cancelled, and that they couldn't get any information from the airline. By the time we knew the flight was cancelled, all of the flights for the following day were full. So, we didn't even get offered a viable option to get home. The American Airlines customer service desk at DFW was grossly under-staffed. And there were several people who waited in line for four-hours before being helped at that desk. We waited in line for almost 2-hours, until I was able to speak with a customer service agent on the phone (after being on-hold for over an hour). So, once we knew the information about how to get our bag in PDX, and that there weren't any options for flights the next day, we left the line & began searching for another way home. We eventually had to purchase a ticket home on a different airline, in order to get my wife to work on Monday. And we are pursuing a refund of that DFW-PDX leg of the journey. The good news is that the late flight attendant's hair was perfect. And she looked fantastic as she departed the airport & headed back home, while we all hunkered down to sleep in the terminal for the night.
As always a terrible experience. AA stole a day from my vacation days planned to be spent with my Family. Response: delays related to weather issues.

My carry-on bag was taken from me when I boarded. It was checked through to London at no charge. It took a big of shuffling, but I was glad not to need to mind it until baggage claim.
I paid for a window seat to be able to rest against it and there was a big gap between the seat and the window like I was in an aisle. Also, whenever the person in front reclined their seat, the TV screen would be too low and in a weird angle. It feels like they’re crushing my little space.
Very poor experience the flights were delayed and poor. I think we should have been upgraded on the next flight. I don't think we will be flying again you coming or going in the states and out of the country. This was a nightmare I realize that the flight wasn't so expensive but I still think we should be given at least a third back for the cost of this experience
