€48 Find Cheap Flights to Sofia

On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!

Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.

They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.

Entertainment was good. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. New plane was smooth

Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.

The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.

Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).

The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

I’m not a happy customer. Lufthansa cancelled my flight 3 times, and I had to rebook a flight to Larnaca, but a flight to Tel Aviv and pay for a hotel. Then the flight back was cancelled and now I have to find my own way back. Terrible.
