There was no entertainment or food service (short flight). The flight was delayed more than an hour.

It was a short flight. Plenty of room on the plane. It was also extremely clean.

The plane was delayed by two hours in Chicago which led to us missing the next flight. Lufthansa rebooked the flight and booked us a hotel for the night in Frankfurt. The level of customer service and getting us taken care of was superb. The flight crew and the service on the ground was superb.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

The plane was clean and the staff professional and courteous, as usual. The seat back was very hard and uncomfortable.

Mechanical problems had to be fixed after all the passengers were boarded, and kept on the plane for over close to two hours with no air conditioning. Did not have enough snacks for everyone to distribute. Also, the movie screen did not work and no-one seem to be interested in helping us fix the problem. And the last, two people from our family got severe food poisoning. Arrived Atlanta 4 hours later than estimated 2:35 pm landing time. Deeply disappointed in Lufthansa, since it has been one of our preferable air companies to fly with.

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
