Wasn't a Delta issue I don't think, but seems there was a Delta flight at each of the 2 Dallas airports at the same exact time, both to Atlanta. I was evidently booked on the one at Love Airport, but the Carey transport shuttle took me to DFW instead and I ended up missing the flight by just a few minutes. Was able to book a Southwest flight from Love Airport, but was a big loss of time and an inconvenience.
Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience
The crew was not very visible. This might be a good thing for people who wanted to sleep but seemed odd when compared to the Atlantic crossing where they are more present in the cabin. The Food (beef) was not good. Tough and tasteless. Would love to see more choices on a long flight like that.
I believe that a four-hour trip should have a meal. Delta had none.
Terrible. I was bumped off of my original flight and spent the next six days fighting to get back on it. I lost hours of my vacation trying to get this situation corrected.
Did not know my son and I had different seating arrangements. He was fine, but it was disappointing.
They delayed our flight because of bad weather in NY which was completely understandable. Then they cancelled our flight and a later flight that evening. The earliest we could fly was the next morning. We ended up buying last minute tickets on another airline and made it home slightly delayed but safely that evening. Delta kept saying it was weather related but if that was the case how did we make it back on another airline? The weather in NY was cloudy but not bad.
Crew was excellent. Comfort seats not as nice as other kinds of planes.
Boarding was organised and relaxed. Crew were fantastic! Seats were lacking padding causing butt pain and stiffness.
The flight was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Early in the morning we got a text message saying the flight was delayed and rescheduled for 3:00 PM. We got to the airport with that in mind. Then we got a message during check-in at the flight was rescheduled again for 2:30 PM. We almost missed our flight. In fact, our bags Were told that they would not make it. At the end, everything worked out. But it is very stressful.
Very nice experience. Flight had good entertainment system and good food options. Customer service was very friendly and nice as well.
Like - the crew were nice Dislike - sitting on the tarmac for long periods after boarding and landing.

One of the best flights I've been on in a while. Very genuinely friendly staff. Courteous, kind, respectful. On a past flight (not Aer Lingus) I remember being woken up rudely to put my seat forward. Like a child being berated for something. Oddly jarring experience when someone could just tap you gently on the shoulder and gesture kindly. But I noticed the Aer Lingus staff were incredibly patient with everyone on the plane. It's the holiday season and I noticed a lot more elderly customers on the plane than I typically see flying, and the staff went above and beyond with helping accommodate people. Service throughout the flight was flawless. They came through offering water, and picking up garbage at perfect intervals. Seemed like this flight, everyone was on point. And the flight landed early on top of that
Seats are small, but comfortable and more space around you, so for a normal person the seats are perfect. If you are a big and fat individual, I would not think the seats are comfortable. All else was good and normal. Lots of movies to watch.
Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.
The same as I stated prior. We incurred extra costs that should be reimbursed, given we were not communicated with about schedule changes.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. My JetBlue experience was nice. The flights ran on time, the aircraft was clean and comfortable, and the flight attendants were attentive. My only issue, which is isolated to the low-cost (budget) option at JetBlue, is that the check in process makes the user feel that they have to buy their seats. The seats offered for purchase are upgrades from the budget seats you get (which are essentially the last seats remaining). The interface should not make it feel like you must purchase a seat.
There were mutliple delays. There was inconsistent, delayed, and poor communication regarding the delays.
Seats were not too comfortable; it was impossible to locate the underseat power outlet.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

When I came in the front door in Montreal airport I didn't know where to go, first time traveling. Signs were not directing me.
Friendly efficient crew, but plane had no way to charge phone. That is a near necessity with today’s travel where we carry out travel documents on our phones.
It was horrible experience, as my flight was delayed over 5 hours. There was no compensation provided. They wasted my whole day.
Great flight ✈️ I requested a vegan meal and don’t think offering frozen fruit cup for breakfast is a good idea people want something warm or neutral like the muffin but it was cold from being in the paper bag with the frozen fruit 🧐 and unfortunately I didn’t have either and I don’t like wasting food so that was a disappointment. Flight was on time departure and arrival flight crew were good.
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
My luggage passed security but just before boarding the plane I watched as my luggage was thrown on the belt to enter the plane in Windsor and my luggage cover was half off. it was damaged before even making it onto the plane! I’ve had the luggage and covered for a year and have never had any issues. I mentioned it to an Air Canada employee who told me to use the app to make the crew aware of this (she said so they could fix it) but sure enough my luggage was damaged with no cover in sight! I sent an email to AC that was ignored. Awful experience! Also, a 4.5 hour flight and you are offered pretzels or a cheap single cookie?? Wow. The return flight did not have any entertainment available unless you used your own device and their wifi. The USB plug on the back of the seat did not charge my phone so my battery drained by using it for a short period of time. There was no warning that this was the case prior to boarding the aircraft. Lastly, the plane was freezing. I asked if they had any small blankets (which used to be standard) and was told they were only for the front section. Would never fly AC again!

The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.
The to flight was excellent but the return flight the seats seemed not cushioning enough.
Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor
The crew was very nice and pleasant. We were very reluctant to book our flight with British Airlines because we had bad experience with their flight attendants on the previous trips, they were rude and not helpful.

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.
As I have said it sucked, the ticket counter to have to find and pay for another airline to get home. Now I understand this happened over the weekend but they should have someone there to talk to us instead of throwing the regular crew under the bus.
