If you cant travel Delta One, Comfort Class is the next best thing!
It would have been better if the flight wasn't delayed by 2.5 hours
None of the airplane features were available during the flight.
Old plane and old configuration/seats but still comfortable for a morning flight
They delayed our flight because of bad weather in NY which was completely understandable. Then they cancelled our flight and a later flight that evening. The earliest we could fly was the next morning. We ended up buying last minute tickets on another airline and made it home slightly delayed but safely that evening. Delta kept saying it was weather related but if that was the case how did we make it back on another airline? The weather in NY was cloudy but not bad.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
It was a good experience except when boarding a female flight attendant did not go out of her way to assist my teenage daughters in finding space for their carry-ons after their compartments were full.
The boarding process was terrible especially with an indirect flight Chicago to Seattle to San Diego was terrible talking about we overbooked a flight idk if I’d take this airline ever again we got off our flight from Chicago to Seattle and we traveled for business and they told us our connecting flight was over booked and their was no seats asking people to take a delayed next flight and they don’t tell anyone coughing to wear masks seats 30A-B were terrible during the flight no one wants to sit next to people coughing all around I don’t want to be sick traveling for work or get sick anytime it’s very upsetting the staff doesn’t take this stuff serious to tell them to wear masks when they see people coughing and sneezing
The announcements about boarding were unclear and har.d to understand I almost missed the flight even though I wa in the boarding area. .
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.
Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.
They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.
Everything but the food was top notch value for the price
Flight was excellent. The staff was a great comfort with the Captain meeting everyone on board The delay was unforeseen but an inconvenience.almost 3hours was too long to sit in the plane before the flight.
Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Everything was excellent. Just keep doing what you are. I would travel with this airlines gain.

The chairs were too upright, but not awful. Boarding was fast and efficient and we did not sit too long in the plane before takeoff.
The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.
I didn’t realize booking through Kayak the pricing was in American fees and that I had to pay for my baggage when I arrived at the airport. I thought it was included in the price. For this reason I spent an extra $500. Next time I will book directly through the airline.
Kayak changed my Dublin flight and then changed it back to the original time before I left for Ireland. Unfortunately Kayak never booked me back on the original flight so when I got to the airport I had no flight to London. Very stressful. If I hadn’t gone very early and Aer Lingus staff so helpful it would have been a very wasteful day.
Everything was very excellent The food was great The crew was so nice 🥰👌🏽 I really appreciate and loved travelling with Air Canada 🇨🇦
All the TV screens in my rows was non functional . The map shown for an international route was antiqued..
Easy experience even with the outbound flight being delayed. The seating and space was comfortable and the crew seemed very nice and helpful.
Because of weather and mechanical issues our flight was 4 hours late. The only compensation offered to us was a meal voucher to be used only at Boston Airport and only on the day issued. But by the time it was offered to us all the restaurants were closed, so there was no way to use that offer.
There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight
I like their airplanes because they have plenty of legroom in their seats they always work with me if I have a change of plans on my tickets courteous and I always feel safe flying with them.
The flights are back on time and everything else runs perfectly.
Good, just some of the staffs have such a bad attitude.
Surly, unhelpful ground staff at JFK. There was a complete lack of empathy—a flawed check-in ordeal caused us to miss our flight. All airlines that I have ever flown would have worked to help me solve the ticket problem. Instead, frontline employees shrugged their shoulders and pointed fingers at us for having made an error. I will do anything to avoid EVER flying on Jet Blue again. It well deserves its low rank among airlines.
Late as usual. Don’t remember the last time I was on an on-time JetBlue flight. Worse part about JetBlue being late is that they provide very little, if any updates. The entertainment screens had to be rebooted twice once airborne before they started working. The new free internet never did work the entire flight.
Normalize good food and crew with a better than mediocre attitude.
