The flight was awful. Apart from the flight delays, it was bumpy and uncomfortable. I feared for my life.

Flight delayed 3 times due to maintenance (on exact same plane that had just brought us from Boston to Miami). Eventually changed to a different plane and gate.
The WiFi and app don’t work as easily as other airlines
Seats were comfortable. Bathroom was large and fairly clean. Flight attendants were okay
The seats are so small and we are average size people. We paid for emergency row for the leg room but the seats are tiny.
Flight was delayed and American failed to hold my connecting flight for 5 minutes to let me board after running through CLT to get to the gate. The plane was still at the gate. Gate agent could not have cared less
all good still 18 min late taking off. Wish AA could get with the program and be one time for once.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.
This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.
Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.
American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…
The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!
A little more legroom, and maybe a little bit of food
Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
Taking off and landing was so smooth. I like the food too. Served 3 meals on both flights. I have been telling my friends to take British airways
Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
2 hours delay & 1 hour stuck on the plane because the airport didn’t have a bus to pick up the people. So I lost my connecting flight…. really bad situation, because the service was really bad in London.
