Air canada definitely needs to get better with their timing for flight as our first flight time was changed and moved earlier and flight from hnd to yyz was delayed by like 1.5hrs

Air Canada flight staff are in contact negotiations and they are less than happy and it show. The process of self checking baggage is less than desirable with lack of support staff to help

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

There was a terrible delay upon arrival in Barcelona. The plane had to park a great distance from the terminal, and only one bus was available to make the ~15 minutes each way trip, meaning it was ~ 45 minutes after we landed that I finally entered the terminal.
