Fair. What's the point of partnering with United if we cannot use the lounge. My wife is a frequent flier with United but we were refused access to Air Canada lounge

Air Canada flight staff are in contact negotiations and they are less than happy and it show. The process of self checking baggage is less than desirable with lack of support staff to help

This was the end of our honeymoon and our connecting flight to Philly was canceled while we were in our layover due to “maintenance”. Filing a claim to get compensation but would not fly Air Canada again.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

There was a terrible delay upon arrival in Barcelona. The plane had to park a great distance from the terminal, and only one bus was available to make the ~15 minutes each way trip, meaning it was ~ 45 minutes after we landed that I finally entered the terminal.
