This was the end of our honeymoon and our connecting flight to Philly was canceled while we were in our layover due to “maintenance”. Filing a claim to get compensation but would not fly Air Canada again.

Air Canada is my new fave airline..I plan to use when I can. No complaints at all just rave compliments for the staff and airline.

Premium Economy is best if you can't get upgraded to Business.. Not as good to sleep for red-eye flights, but does the job. More space for your legs and arms.. The food is also better and the service is almost like business.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Upgraded to sit at the exit door so good leg room.

Our flight was canceled at the last minute. Someone on the flight said the exact same thing happened to her the day before. I will say they helped us book a flight on another airline so that we could still make our vacation with little delay.

not good, they change our return flight which made our journey 8 hours longer than schedule time

Seat cushion had lost much of its give and the entertainment monitors on the old A320 fleet are small.

There was a terrible delay upon arrival in Barcelona. The plane had to park a great distance from the terminal, and only one bus was available to make the ~15 minutes each way trip, meaning it was ~ 45 minutes after we landed that I finally entered the terminal.

Switching on “fasten seat belts” seems to be misused to restrict service
