Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them

Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.

Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

No food on flight! Terrible boarding process In flight people were good

When we checked in my friend and I were sitting seperate. By the time we got to boarding, they automatically switched our seats. I really liked that.

Delta and partner KLM continue to deliver and excellent flying experience with professional crew members and in flight food and entertainment

1st flight had mechanical issues after we boarded and almost took off. They tried to fix on runway but couldn’t do we went back to the gate. They couldn’t fix it there either. So we had to deplane and board another plane 2 hrs later. All in all our flight was delayed 4 hrs so we had to cancel some business meeting we had in London for the morning since we were supposed to arrive at 7am and did not arrive until 11:45am. Also, the 2nd plane had mechanical issues as well but fortunately they were able to fix on runway.

The food was excellent and the crew as well. The boarding at CDG was a bit challenged due to boarding via buses and a staired ramp up to the plane. A broader selection of films and documentaries would be nice (but perhaps I travel too frequently 😉

I trust Delta. I travel comfortable. The snacks could improve or could go to something as a little sandwich.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

Easy boarding in group 2. Landed 1/2 hr early. Delicious cookie snack.

Staff friendly and app worked really well. Modest delays were frustrating

Another late flight from United. We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction.

It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off

Good experience and food is and service are good as well

Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.

No comfort, local flights chair in use on international flight, food wasn’t nice.

One the best cabin crew team we have ever had (I have flown globally for more than 2 million miles), food was good and wines choices were great.⁰

The United website was easy to use and had all the information I needed. I needed to change my flight and it was accomplished easily on line. I was also easily able to upgrade and for a reasonable price. Boarding went smoothly and the flight was in time. The service was good in board but the crew did not seem happy at all. Limited availability of meals - not much choice for purchase and in business class they ran out of one of the meal choices by row 4. .

Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.

Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.

Gate change was a little tough but it was a good flight otherwise

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

For a 5 hour flight there should be more food options (only pringles left to purchase) and at least 2 beverage services

Iberia didn’t let me check in online or select my seats, the experience overall was not very pleasant

We were an hour delayed. When we arrived at LAX we La fed I. The international terminal which was about a twenty minute walk to the baggage claim. I was walking with a few passengers and we couldn’t believe what we had to go through to retrieve our bags. With the delay and the long walk to baggage claim I ended up being late for work.

Boarding was a mess - the agent basically called every group in rapid succession, so there was no organization at all. The economy seats are a joke, and main cabin extra seats were sold out when I purchased my flight. As such, I was locked in the same position for four hours. Being 6’6”, it was impossible to get my bag out from under the seat in front of me, and I couldn’t have used my laptop even if my bag were accessible due to the minuscule seat pitch. Also the wifi was broken. American is a joke - can’t wait until they merge with Spirit.

Excellent in flight service, perhaps the best we've ever had. Business class feels tired and needs improvement to compete with other airlines. The food looked good but tasted terrible. Check in was quick, the flight arrived early and our luggage was on our flight with us.

Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.

It is admissible that we have to pay over price to eat on a 5h flight...

On time, easy with no issues. Arrived 15 minutes earlier too.

Very bad experience, probably will never use this airline again unless I have too. In the airport in Chicago made us buy a return ticket otherwise would not let us fly to Belize and stated that the Belizean Immigration will not allow Americans to come in without a return ticket or a Belizean supervising the travelers which turn out to be untrue. The staff were very rude and unprofessional and we almost lost our flight until the supervisor who was Hispanic and we spoke with him in Spanish and helped us and still had to buy an expensive round trip ticket. This was a very bad experience and we made a mistake by booking with Air Canada, usually using the AA and never had this issue.

It was on time. It's all good when the expectation is met.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

The staff were kind and friendly. It was smooth going and coming back even though coming back with holiday traffic.

Flight attendants were great. Wish there were more current movies and shows available. Only 1 Ted Lasso, was hooked, but only able to watch one episode.
