Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.

A sandwich and a drink would have been better thank a snack bar...

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Every person and every experience with Air Canada was excellent. All customer service was outstanding and done pleasantly. The notifications through their App were timely and informative. This airline shines. All other airlines should take training from them.

Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.

Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.

Air Canada business class used to be among the best among North American airlines, however it has gone downhill since the last time I flew with them. They didn't even offer any drinks prior to takeoff despite having over 30 minutes on the ground for boarding and de-icing. Once we got in the air the service was fine, however the food was lukewarm at best and just okay. The warm bread and spring mix salad was very good at least. My main complaint is they were letting economy guests use our washroom. Presumably because the Max 8 only has one in the rear. However as I was sitting in row 1 I constantly had passengers waiting in line for the toilet.

My flight was delayed, causing a shortened connection to my second flight, which led to a stressful experience. Additionally, I had to pay the luggage fee twice, for which I have receipts. Since Air Canada and United Airlines collaborate, their partnership should aim to provide better service, rather than leaving passengers to bear the consequences of an unprofessional experience.

Planes were clean. Flights on time. Boarding very smooth. Flight attendants were great.

Seat cushion had lost much of its give and the entertainment monitors on the old A320 fleet are small.
