The original gate agent in Auckland had me basically doing gymnastics to get onto the future flights and have my luggage follow me.

Really had a bad experience with air Canada. My flight cancelled one day before my trip. When I reached at airport before 1:30 hours before the departure time. They said boarding was already closed. I called the customer support and emailed them they didn’t respond me even once. I had to buy another ticket on the spot.

For the amount of money I spent, I definitely expected a better experience

Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.

A sandwich and a drink would have been better thank a snack bar...

It got cancelled and they haven't given me a flight back yet!!

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Every person and every experience with Air Canada was excellent. All customer service was outstanding and done pleasantly. The notifications through their App were timely and informative. This airline shines. All other airlines should take training from them.

Very tight leg room and not a fan of the new policy on no free carry on luggage. Besides that, it was fine.
