Pros: Regular stuff. Mostly good.

Cons: Leg space was littered with pieces of crisps. Perhaps it is cleaned only once a day and not in between flights.

Cons: First of all, we've had to pay registration fee 55 Euros each, just because we didn't check in online! What the hell is that? Secondly, the seats that I paid for were not available! Lousy service...

Pros: Didn't experience the horrors of RyanAir that others have described-but I read up on what to expect and what to do. If you're checking bags, do it online ahead of time. Maybe because our flight was delayed, but they weren't checking the sizes of carryons. It was fine, but not as cheap as it seems with high bag fees.

Cons: Just the stress approaching the flight. They lock you out if you're late and all the horror stories going in. But the price is so appealing. Classic capitalist dilemma.

Pros: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there are lots of hidden fees, with the seat, luggage, etc. It is true that the ticket is cheap but paying the hidden fees adds up to the cost.

Cons: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Cons: We did not know when we bought the tickets that there is a $45 dollar fee for checking in at the airport. We received a reminder email in our inbox a few hours prior to our flight, but we were already traveling and our WIFI access was limited, so we did not see it. It cost an extra $90 dollars to check in and a bit of stress as we were attempting to check in before the two hour mark using the airport internet that was spotty. We ended up missing our checkin by minutes, and had to pay. It was like being on one of those timed amazing race shows. $90 dollars!!! Won't do that again.

Cons: Snobby customer service rep that charged us 15 to print boarding pass when their site was down and would let us view our boarding passes. (When we had previously checked in and seen them online)

Pros: For the price I paid the flight was quick. On time. The staff was really polite and the plane was clean. Definitely would fly with them again on short trips and would recommend them to friends and family.

Pros: I had a good flight either way. Some turbulence, what you might call 'a controlled crash landing' on the way back to Stansted.

Cons: The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating.

Cons: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Cons: Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size

Pros: We bought Ryanair because of the great price. However, they do charge extra for everything and fly from an airport that's an hour away from London. If you count all the extra cost Ryanair is far more expensive than any other airline
