Pros: "Cheap, saved me when I was in a pinch, and easy check in. I loved being able to check in on the app and check my own bag!"
Cons: "It was difficult to understand what the flight attendants were saying over the intercom. Between the masks and the intercom, nothing came across well. Please continue to wear masks, but perhaps find a clearer way to communicate for those of us that are hard of hearing. I was too embarrassed to say “what!?” 84 times. It’s not their fault."

Cons: "No announcements or apology for lateness of slight by 1hr 15 mins No tunnels direct to plane from gate. Long flights of stairs from gate to tarmac. 10 minutes queuing on tarmac to board plane. No priority for those like us with child under 3 yrs we were always in the back of the queue. Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Cons: "I didn’t like the fact that there are lots of hidden fees, with the seat, luggage, etc. It is true that the ticket is cheap but paying the hidden fees adds up to the cost."
Cons: "Seating uncomfortable, don’t even serve water, charge money to check in 3 days early and for some strange reason they charged 100€ for standard carry ones manufactured by Samsonite for international travel because it didn’t fit in their standard cubby ... the same carry ones they allowed from London to Stansted became a tad too big on return . They remind me of US traffic police that start giving tickets on tiny issues st the end of the month to make their quota . Also many people in the line had bags exactly our size"

Cons: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."
Cons: "Notification of flight cancellation even though the flight departed on twitter. Flight should have been cancelled as no transport links to Dublin Airport due to adverse weather."
Pros: "It was all good, if I had to find a negative point, I'd say it was a very old plane.... I felt a bit like being in a scene from back to the future when I got in the cabin. Other than that it was a rather pleasant flight. Well done."

Cons: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."

Cons: "The price of the flight. I normally am able to secure a return flight for about 100 euros. This time I got a quote for 300 plus for a return flight. Going through an affiliated site helped me to get a slight reduction on the flight. I find it odd that on a Thursday or a Tuesday the cost can be 12.99 pound either way and yet on a weekend this goes up to a silly amount. The flight is still the same. I am still going to the same place. Having to book three months in advance to avail of a cheaper ticket is of no use to me. The girl checking us in on the outward journey had her back to us the entire time when making an announcement for boarding. She looked like she was sucking sour sweets. No friendliness about her at all. Passengers using overhead spaces different to where they are sitting. That's really irritating."
Cons: "I felt it ironic that our two smallish rolling duffel bags were not the right parameters to take on board, and just enough over the weight limit to rack up bag charges of about 35 E ea, ea way between Dublin and Glasgow, so actually our luggage charge is more than our set of tickets for this particular trip. No wonder the owner's a billionaire--however, on the positive side, the pilot landed "like butter" in Glasgow AND we heard that the Ryanair owner actually does pay millions in taxes for the good of Ireland. (Sigh...)"

Cons: "Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."

Cons: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
Cons: "Gum and candy wrappers stuck in the sides of the seat. Crew spoke poor English. Co-fliers were loud, drunk and unruly."

We intentionally went to a lady to help us she said "this is self check in and you have to do it alone", in the process we had a mistake so she asked "why did you do that, the machine told you not to" - that's exactly how you should NOT treat your customers. We thought our luggage will not arrive - and she was rude and stressing us out. 0/10 for her"

Pros: "We bought Ryanair because of the great price. However, they do charge extra for everything and fly from an airport that's an hour away from London. If you count all the extra cost Ryanair is far more expensive than any other airline"
