Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "never ever use this Momondo again"
Cons: "no customer service"
Pros: "Politeness of the staff"
Pros: "Online booking was nice and easy."
Cons: "Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather."
Cons: "App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting"
Cons: "Worst plane seat of all carriers. No leg room, to close to seat in front no where to put anything , no usb charger. My local bus is more comfortable & better equipped. Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"
Pros: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Cons: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."
Pros: "The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after"
Cons: "Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."
Pros: "Very chip flight but expensive tricks about luggage paid my cabin bag but not allowed to check them I will never flight with Ryanair air."
Cons: "Very bad service. Everything is bad"
Pros: "Trip went well easy check in Know problems"
Cons: "The stay was too short would like to have had more time in Copenhagen"
Pros: "boarded the plane to find it looking like there had been a kids party. food all over the seats and floors, rubbish under the seats. pilot was barely competent making a harsh fumbling landing"
Cons: "disgusting plane"
Pros: "Very cheap"
Cons: "The seats are not very comfortable"
Cons: "Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money."
Pros: "We made the flight!!"
Cons: "Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!"
Cons: "Delayed then not delayed then the crew were late and made no attempt to hurry themselves then wen we boarded we were told we were delayed an hour and 40 minutes so had to sit there on the plane with no1 telling us wats going on or wen we were leaving! No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"
Pros: "Spacious seats with leg room"
Cons: "Too much talking over intercom"
Cons: "Nearly 3 hours late and no proper explanation for delay. Sorry but delayed incoming aircraft doesn't wash. Also had to wait nearly half an hour upon landing at Stansted before we could disembark"
Pros: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Cons: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."
Pros: "Cabin baggage management"
Cons: "Hold baggage took over half an hour to arrive. Loot enough seats in gate at airport of departure"
Cons: "Gates announced too late"
Pros: "Friendly service."
Cons: "The departure lounge was horrible"
Pros: "We didn't crash"
Cons: "Our flight was late to take off, and had to queue for 30 minutes at Shannon - before the plane had even landed. At stansted then had to get a long bus to the terminal and wait on the bus for 10 minutes because they couldn't open the doors. Luckily after a sprint to the station we made the last stansted express of the evening (£28 return each - 'London' airports for you)"
Cons: "Plane was late to take off by 40 minutes We arrived at the plane early on the bus, but couldnt board as the stairwell hadnt been fitted to the plane, therefore had to sit on the bus in the heat until the stairs came along"
Pros: "everything on this flight went like clockwork the flight left on time and the crew onboard were really helpful and pleasant"
Pros: "Adequate seat room, comfortable flight"
Cons: "Priority boarding but congested at Gate and held standing on bus for 10+ mins. Cabin staff ok but not as alert, proactive or responsive as normal. Trying to sell scratch cards rather than provide relevant services."
Cons: "Poor customer service specially in Berlin"
Pros: "nothing ..."
Cons: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."
Pros: "Not much at all"
Cons: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."
Pros: "Timely departure, relatively smooth check-in"
Cons: "Too much in-flight advertising, no complimentary drinks."
Pros: "A 6 hour delay with rude, nasty staff. I will be making a formal complaint."
Cons: "The staff bullied a girl next to me and have no sympathy."
Pros: "Getting off the plane after we landed."
Cons: "The air conditioning was very high and I think that most passengers feel very cold during the flight."
Cons: "The plane was dirty"
Cons: "The process is set up to extract exorbitant fees."
Cons: "Late departure"
Pros: "Generally the whole experience was very good. I'd use Ryanair again."
Cons: "Acoustics in both the airport and airplane were very poor. I understood almost nothing in French or in English."
Pros: "So quick and easy"
Cons: "Shortage of seating in boarding area."
Pros: "Availability to change seat if one is open"
Cons: "No leg room"
Cons: "7 hour delay"
Pros: "not crashing"
Cons: "being treated like a dispensable inconvenience at every turn"
Pros: "Nothing. It was all mediocre."
Cons: "You need to serve food or at least water. Airplanes are very dry. It makes you seem like a rip off."
Pros: "Great app"
Cons: "Boarding was manic and Kerry airport facilities poor."
Cons: "For the price was fair"
Cons: "Delayed for over an hour"
Pros: "Planes are new."
Cons: "Ryaniar uses questionable practices to charge for services that are free on almost all other airlines. What is most offensive is not the fact that they charge but they make it difficult for passengers to reduce or avoid such fees."
Pros: "Was much shorter than i thought"
Cons: "Nothing really"
