The flight boarding at Dublin Airport was a negative experience. Another passenger admonished me for cutting in the "B" group line, so further direction on how to proceed in the queue would have been helpful for travellers who are not familiar with Irish airport protocol.

Bring snacks. Double check with the airline that everything is in order. Never go through large airports like Heathrow with any layover that’s less than 3 hours. Small airports are preferred for layover like Dublin or Brussels.

Dublin airport was great for an American due to the American TSA 'precheck' area so we did not have to go through customs in America. Problem though: I wanted to see shops and restaurants in Dublin. An attendent told me there were shops and restaurants after USA Precheck but there really were not. there was ONE overcrowded restaurant with very few food options and there was a duty free shop and that was it. There should be signage allowing people to choose to go to the main airport before doing the USA Precheck and being stuck in this place with few amenities.

Heathrow seems to have a lot of plane traffic so make sure you have a good cushion of time if you have connecting flights. I had a 2 hour layover but ended up having to run to make sure I got to the other gate in time.

Make sure you have enough time on your connection because even though the gate agent in Naples assumed we would not clear customs in Dublin and we would just go gate to gate because we are on Air Lingus the whole way and we would clear customs in Los Angeles, but no, that was not the case we had an hour and 15 minutes and barely made it because it was a long walk off the jet way on a bus to the terminal a long walk until we got to immigration so they did put us through customs in Dublin and then we did not go through customs in Los Angeles.

The gate is a long walk so go through security earlier rather than later. Loads of great shops and restaurants both land and air side.

Hamburg sometimes has an additional passport check between two gates (Cx and Dx) which can take 30min. Take this additional time after security check into consideration.

Avoid Ryanair. The airport is tiny, buy water etc in duty free shops not restaurants they will charge you €5 for water

Baggage checking was very slow over 30min with not a massive queue. Gate was very late to be announced and priority boarding with young child was overlooked due priority boarding queue being so long. Airport is nice with great amenities and facilities in the terminal, but long walks to gates if travelling with a young family.

The check in at Linate are diabolical. I would recommend online check in and carry on baggage only

The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

It was really nice experience by flying this klm flight.I personally recommend everyone to please try this klm flight

It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat

Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.

Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.

At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.

Satin first class and absolutely no snacks are offered. Surface was awful.

This was the smoothest flight I've ever taken with any airline, including Aer Lingus. Typically, there are moments when I feel afraid, but from take off (miraculously seamless!) to cruise, to landing this was a perfect flight. Thank you!

Poor. Plane left EWR late hence missed connecting flight in Dublin. No pro active info from flight staff on connection, only when probed a couple of lies on where we would dock, and on lilelyhood catching connecting flight. Lies as they will have known our EWR-DUB would be parked furthest away from the transit spit - lying it would be next to the AMS flight.

The seat area was way too compact. The person in front reclined, and the TV screen was right in my face. There was a metal box secured to the floor in my foot area, further limiting space. Food was OK. The last service was provided too late in the flight, so the crew was rushing at the end. The ticket counter in the Naples airport was extremely slow. The staff on the flight was friendly.

delayed flight stayed whole night at washington Dallas airport at seats , uncomfortable . i am senior citizen , very tired , worst travel.

I heard that the pilots were actually leprechauns, but I was not able to confirm. Can you please provide documentation if this is true?

The check in process at the front desk felt slow and it was frustrating that we could not check in online. Everything about the actual flight was great, including very kind flight attendants and a nice larger bathroom. Only thing is that it was very cold in the plane!

I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent

I had a great experience. I would definitely use them again

The pre-check (passport control) for all US flights from Dublin airport is brilliant, meaning these flights come into the domestic airport in the US - it was so quick and easy getting to my hotel once we landed. The plane itself was great, staff were lovely and food was fine.

Comfy seats, great cabin service and a very relaxed experience

Basic service for the basic price. Efficient and cost effective, so ticked all the right boxes.

Not constantly changing the price DURING a booking. Felt like bait and switch.

All very smooth airside. Check-in counters were understaffed. The wait is too long. Only two, then three counters were open. Waiting time of 35 minutes is too long. Pls review your rota.

To complex. So many types of fare. This made the boarding a caos.

Needs faster boarding procedure. Not their fault but should still take into account indifferent flyers.

Very fast boarding. Crew members were super nice. I loved it!

My luggage got lost and until today there is no solution to the problem. It's still missing

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Only food for sale. Did not even offer water. No entertainment

Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.

I didn't eat any food so can't comment on that. The prices on the plane are extortionate (as are all prices on planes). Everything else was seemless and a great experience

I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.

It would have been better if I was not ill so I didn't go and I didn't come back and I could not transfer my tickets to a later date as Ryanair stop flying from Manchester at the end of October till next year

Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.

Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.

They were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at check in. They did not understand laws related to Spanish residents flying with family It was very discriminatory the way we were treated.

There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time

Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund

the service on Business class should be improved to be at par with industry leaders like Cathay Pacific and Singapore AIrlines. A lot of room for improvement.

You will pay for everything and feels like the airplane is old

Good. For a long flight. The comfort of the seat could be better. Also, the food was « normal » plane food. Not indian plane food unfortunately! Everything else was smooth and great.

We had American Airlines on our return and it was confusing if we were going with Aa or BA I had 2 different flight numbers and didn’t get our gate until it was boarding. So we were a bit nervous as the which it was

Really appreciated the care, attention and friendliness of cabin crew. Very comfortable, prompt and efficient flight.

Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort

I travelled in business class and was disappointed by lack of service, curt and borderline rude time of the crew and to top it off, all of my luggage was delayed. It was like pulling teeth to even report the missing luggage and recover it the next day from the airport.

People were nice. Seats are so cramped my knees had to be pressed into the seat in front of me.

Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.

Horrible… I was downgraded without notice, had to sit in economy and given my back injury was in pain most of the journey. I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience and after my return flight home, I never plan to fly with British Airways again.
