We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

This was the most expensive economy flight per minute of flight time ever. But the quality was lacking. Extremely Aer Lingus rude staff at LHR said that the flight from London to Dublin (Ireland) was “NOT international.” Horrified at the colonial and imperial perspective. Seats were dirty with trash in seat pockets. Airline doesn’t clean or care about hygiene and safety.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

Charging for coffee on a business class fare??? And to not even mention it? Inexcusable. Boarding and disembarking was pathetic. Could not use a jetway on either end. Had to use stairs and walk across tarmac at origination and use stairs and be bussed to terminal at destination.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

I was told in Florence my bag would go directly to Indianapolis. I had to wait to get it. Then security in EWR was slow so I missed my flight as United would not allow me on the plane even though it was still on the tarmac and the door to the tunnel was open. I blame both Lufthansa and United for refusing to allow me on board a plane that was clearly still on the tarmac. Behind me two grandparents and their ten year old grandson were on same flight from Munich to EWR. They were refused to board the United flight. So we had to sit for 12 hours in airport until next flight. No compensation has been offered either by Lufthansa or United.

Flight was delayed and luggage was delivered day after arrival. In Bilbao they told me day after would be delivered faster if I went to Bilbao to get my own bags so I did. Wasted my morning.

Horrible seats. They were just coach seats with the middle seat blocked with a dirty seat tray.

very small seats screen did not work . I could not watch anything for 9 hours

Took a long time to board. A long wait at the but taking us to the plain

Flight was cancelled I was rebooked I dont know if I will fly back home onnLH again Its a very sad story!

The food that was served was superb!!! Awesome snacks!!! Frequent drink service!!! To me, this was shocking. I took a British Airways flight from Denver to London for the first leg of my trip and the food was horrendous. Thank you for keeping us fed and satiated on such a long flight!!!!

The seating arrangement by having privacy screens would have been more appealing. If you sit in the business class, you pay for extra comfort and privacy. Other than that, the service was excellent and the staff very professional.

I fly to Germany every year and prefer the most direct flight routes. Lufthansa offers this route, allowing me to fly from my home airport directly to Germany. The food and service were excellent. The staff was most accommodating, very professional, and friendly. The only issue I did not care for was the seating arrangement. I fly business and did not appreciate the configuration of the business class. Understandably, you will always have someone seated next to you, but then install a separation screen to allow for a little more privacy. United and British Airways are miles ahead in creating a more personal space. Lufthansa should do better.

Very friendly, service oriented and responsive crew. Very pleased with th service!
