Overall it was good experience and it was my first trip with Aer Lingus. One thing I was embarrassed was that someone occupied my seat so I was asked to use another seat. Due to this unhappy happening I almost missed the connecting flight because the random seat was far from the flight door. Food was fine, I liked the macaroni and cheese with fresh bread.

I was very disappointed that the online sys allowed me to get the boarding pass for the second leg of the trip, when I clearly request it for both flights!

It was my first transatlantic flight with Aer Lingus. Very enjoyable. Thank you for making international travel enjoyable again.

The space between seats has reduced even further making it extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even open the tray table properly or got compressed the moment the front guy reclined.

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

My experience with Aer Lingus was nice, and I would be happy to fly with them again. However, my seat pocket had not been cleaned and had dirty wipes in it. I have flown with Aer Lingus before and do not recall anything like that happening, so presumably this was a one-off kind of thing. For the meal, I asked if there was possibly one without my allergens and the flight attendant gave me the one she thought would be fine. She did not know what allergens were in it, but when I received the meal the allergens were all listed right on the top of the package, so I was confused about why she didn’t know how to check what they were. In future, I will see if it’s possible to request an allergen-free meal ahead of time. But overall, I had a pleasant experience. My experience with Underpricer was very unenjoyable and because of them I do not plan to book through Kayak in the future. I have used Kayak numerous times, but this booking experience was so unpleasant. They called me numerous times and also emailed me to try to get me to select a seat. However, when I had a question later on, I was kept on hold for 20/30 minutes before I finally hung up. I also emailed them but never received a response, which I did not appreciate, especially given their previous frequent calls when they wanted something from me.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

Very fast boarding. Crew members were super nice. I loved it!

My luggage got lost and until today there is no solution to the problem. It's still missing

I am writing to demand an immediate refund and compensation for the absolutely unacceptable experience I endured with VUELING this week. On Monday, my flight was canceled, and despite this, I have yet to receive any refund. I was then taken to a hotel in a terrible location, where no food or even water was provided. The next day, I was rebooked on another flight, for which I had to personally cover an additional €50 in transportation costs—only to have that flight canceled as well. After waiting 10 hours, only 10 of us were offered alternative accommodations, while the rest were left stranded. We were forced to remain in this situation until Thursday without a single explanation or proper assistance. During this entire ordeal, we were only provided with breakfast and dinner, while being charged extra for drinks. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund for the cancelled flights and full compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and the significant distress caused.

Only food for sale. Did not even offer water. No entertainment

Checking was efficient and quick. Adequate luggage space. Food for purchase only at high prices

Nothing. There was no flight. They cancelled the flight with no replacement about 9 hours before takeoff.

The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.

Boarding with some sense and communication. It was a total free-for-all everyone coming all at once, no organisation of row numbers or priority.

Horrible, flight cancelled and had to come back the next day

Terrible. For clarity - this was the Level flight to Boston. Not Vueling. Would urge customers to avoid this airline. Gate agent was singularly unhelpful. He was argumentative, rude and went out of his way to ensure that every penny was collected for the baggage (which we realized given how early we were for flight we could have saved hundreds of dollars if we checked in on app). No onboard entertainment or WiFi. Half of the front section was empty because the seats did not work! Plane was falling apart.
