I am very bothered by the events today. I can't believe the flight attendants allowed someone to take my seat and made me move. It was embarrassing. I was in the right. The lady just didn't want move. I can't believe delta would allow this to stand and disrespect my rights as a passenger. The lady complained about her leg and that she couldn't move. Firstly somehow she was able to make it to row 24. Not sure how much her leg could have hurt. Secondly, I'm in plenty of pain myself. I just finished chemotherapy a several weeks ago. My body is constantly sore. Yet deltas flight attendants didn't appropriately protect my rights. In the end they found me a seat on the plane but I want to understand how delta can operate this way. They in essence allowed a bully to get their way.

Take this flight once or twice a month. Just don’t cut it from the schedule.

Friendly flight attendants, smooth 8-9 hours flight. Economy seats are small and uncomfortable as usual.

Zero updates from the pilots for 30 minutes in the tarmac

Overall, terrible. Flight from SFO was delayed due to “air traffic control issues”, and we were all mislead about connecting flights. Told “you have 20 minutes to catch your connection”. Reality was 5. We got to watch the plane sit at the bridge. Won’t fly Delta with a connection again.

The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.

The crew was very polite as I have a few handicaps and everything was made pleasant. Check-in was easy as I was brought on board by the wheelchair assistant. One flight attendant did make sure my personal item was carefully stored under the seat in front of me. I was made to feel welcome as a customer as I made my first trip with a few disabilities. Entertainment and wifi worked quite well. The only food service were snacks and drinks. Those were okay. Overall it was a very smooth flight and encouraged me to use Delta again.

Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.

Main cabin seats are uncomfortable for long flights. Food is mediocre at best. Cabin crew is good. Pilot was nice enough to tip the wings for viewing the Alps.

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.

The flight and crew were good. Departure and arrival were timely. Check-in was professional and helpful in Malaga on return trip (same on outbound trip from Toronto). The ad before ach program was punishing - specifically for the internet/data service with the content creator that was showed twice in each ad pod. It was so annoying I made an effort to forget the name and would not use the service. Provide an opportunity to fast forward or skip the darn ads once they have been initially viewed.

Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes

The pilot came out and chatted with the passengers. He explained why there was a slight delay. The crew was excellent. Very helpful. I had to buy meals for my whole family and they were in different seats, so the crew had to deal with that. They were very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job!

We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.

We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.

The flight was delayed and my luggage did not arrive. I paid the luggage fee in advance. Luggage was delivered the next evening but it was the wrong bag. 48 hrs I still do not have my luggage.

In both directions, one of the two flights was delayed in departing. due to mechanical issues (not weather). That tells me that inspection and maintenance is not being done often enough to prevent such from occurring. In the outbound direction, the second leg was delayed and we had to change our plans for after landing, thus missing an expected event. In the return direction, the first leg that was delayed; we had a long enough layover that we were not hurried to make our connection, but others were not so lucky. Comment about this survey process: in the multiple choice answers, there is no option for "Not Applicable"; as we had no food on board, we can't properly answer that question.

There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere

Terrible. My brother broke his leg and couldn’t board the flight and air Canada couldn’t do anything about rescheduling his flight. Poor customer service and help all around

The idea of needing to go outside in the winter to board in icy cold temperatures is totally a non starter for me. Seats were very uncomfortable though the leg room not too terrible. Attendants were nice

Arrived at our connection to find out all 4 of our seats were moved in different parts of the aircraft. Traveling with two small children, this was not going to work. We spoke with the gate attendant and she was not helpful and downright rude. They could only “accommodate” having 2 seats together and this was an international flight. We will not be traveling with air Canada again unless there are absolutely no other options.

Fantastic how well crew especially at check in counter switched to English for our comfort.

A 13 hour flight with no food apart from what they offered from a menu you had to pay for. On top of that, there were no blankets, so during the flight when the cabin temperature dropped, everyone was very cold. Neither of these things were highlighted at the time of booking. Personnel at the airport was unable to let me in, customer care was beyond useless, the original airline operator (Iberia) was as useless as a toilet paper roll core in time of a wipe and all this uselessness made me waste my ticket, my reservations, my long time parking, food and most of all the joy of being with my family for the new year after working my bottom off even at Christmas. Am I happy? Come and ask me in person!

Very small and uncomfortable seats, Hard to hear entertainment system sound. Horrible food. Staff doesn't care much about the passengers. 2nd time they didn't give me my vegetarian meal. They asked me regular food with meat. The airline and staff was from United airlines.

At baggage claim, I was given the wrong printed ticket. The ticket belonged to another passenger for a different flight — to Zurich instead of Frankfurt (layover). I was even allowed to pass security, and when I asked the Lufthansa employee if I was on the correct flight, and why it was changed. The employee said everything was correct and I should board. When I got on the plane, there was someone in my seat, and the crew on the plane finally realized that I was on the wrong plane. When I got off the plane, nobody was willing to help, and the security refused to provide my original printed ticket. That was until I showed them that I took a photo of the ticket; once they realized I had photographic evidence, they were suddenly ready to help me. The Lufthansa employee began communicating with other airlines and found a flight that would take me to my destination via Polish Airlines. I was required to once again go through security, re-check my bag, and once again pay for my checked bag and weight overage fees. This experience was incredibly stressful and very frustrating, as you can imagine. A Lufthansa employee told me I would be eligible for a refund. Please tell me what steps I need to take in order to make that happen. Thank you!

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. I have ordered Hindu or Indian vegetarian food, to my surprise they did not find any such request. All I ate during the flight was 2 pieces of bread. The airline hostess was completely rude and racist. She promised one apple and I asked he four hours of promise and she denied saying am not nice to her. Europeans seems to be having racism issues with Indians. I will officially launch complaint with Indian and USA governments They made to starve, I recently got open heart surgery and I am diabetic patient
