Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.
It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!
Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
Outgoing flight was cancelled due to labor issue but the airline found be another flight just a few hours later than the initial one.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
We were moved twice on flights to the point we weren’t even on Lufthansa anymore. We had to fly united. Lost paid extra leg room twice. To top it all off we’re forced to pay $375 and $275, respectively for you luggage that was considered sports luggage. We were told it would be Lufthansa fares l, from the united desk, AND WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A LUFTHANSA FLIGHT! I’ll be calling once my trip is over on October 7th to all airlines and Kayak. This was ridiculous!
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
Food is delicious I’ve tried Thai green chicken curry and it was perfect!
It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.
Ok, my flight to Berlin was wonderful, no complaints everything I expected. The flight home however sucked! I hate using four letter words but there it is. The boarding process was horrible, me and others tried to board before with the e ticket, that did not work. Later I found out that it was a cyber attack. But they had 24 hours to get a plan in place. So that when people showed up they could be given information about the problem. The other problem is the help line was not working!
Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

horrible! after going through hell and back to get a flight home after my flights got cancelled I also had a delay of 2hrs stuck inside the plane because of some technological problem.

A great flight. The crew was excellent too. Of particular note of excellence was the gluten-free meal which was one of the best offerings I’ve ever had on a plane. Outstanding work, BA chefs.
