It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.

The flight got canceled multiple times and we had to drive their to reach midnight for our next morning interview. Poor and unriable experience. Now have to ask for a refund since we didn't need their rescheduled flight three days later.

Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.

I love flying with AC. I love that they have power outlet and free messaging wifi for aeroplan members.

Nice small trip, No food included in ticket, but beverages were for free.

Crew members were very polite and prompt in service. Cooling was very comfortable for a long journey but it's seats were stiff which are uncomfortable for a long travel

All of our flights got delayed. Fll-Montreal delayed due to technical issues. We got transferred to a Fll-Toronto flight, in Toronto flight got delayed 5 hours causing us to miss our connection to Amman. We are now arriving to Amman 24hours later

I never booked this flight. Someone else did as fraud

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great seats assigned and comfortable, movies are good, food is delicious, great experience. No delays and they prioritize boarding children with parents which is plus.

bad seats, meager food quantity. bread not fresh. Hollywood films lack entertainment.

The accommodations are top-notch. The only negative was that both our initial flights were delayed, which caused us to miss one and almost miss the other. The staff immediately handled the missed flight and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

I paid a lot of money for seat selection and was miserable for flight duration
