The flights were on time and I appreciated that the cabin crew helped passengers with overhead luggage - finding space etc - despite not being paid. Apparently their wages don’t start until takeoff. This makes no sense whatsoever.
It is stupid to have to go to Atlanta in order to get to Rochester NY. I was up for 36 hours because who can sleep on an airplane. I'll next do tht again.
Our flight was delayed 3x and we were unaware until 15min of arriving at the airport so had we been made aware sooner we could have enjoyed possibly another 4hrs poolside. Very frustrating. Made the next day going back to work extremely tough too.
Bumped from my connected flight, we arrived earlier than scheduled and I was bumped 4.5 hours later. There was no reason, they said my time I wouldn’t have connected in time. I had 41 minutes. None of Westjet customer service in airport could figure out why me and my 5 year old were bumped from flight we booked. We had 10 minutes to get to next gate after we got off the plane, one lady mentioned that’s not enough time to get to next gate. I was there in 3 minutes. Was originally suppose to fly out at 6:50 pm And was re scheduled to 11:45pm.
Everything went well, smooth flight, arrived on time, no lost luggage!
Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!

20+imite delay on the plane with no air. Part of our group had no seats assigned and took a long time to get fixed. Again no wifi and snacks were sad
Fine except for a delay that resulted in our missing the final leg of our flight.
Flight booked from Montreal via Toronto to Huatulco. Toronto to Huatulco flight was cancelled, lost one day of vacation in Toronto waiting for next flight. Flight from Huatulco to Toronto delayed, missed connection to Montreal. Westjet counter closed. No hotel, no connection flight for 4 days to Montreal to finish the journey. I shall go to Small Claims Court to get compensation for all these troubles. Westjet never again.
The flight was cancelled and they lost my luggage which now 5 days later I still don’t have. They gave me food vouchers that did not work so all in all terrible expy
We were sitting in the back of the plane, and they ran out of some food by the time they reached us (last). We didn’t pay less than others so we shouldn’t be treated as lesser for sitting closer to the back. Also, there was a very long baggage check in delay (1hr +) at CDG due to luggage belt malfunction with over 100 passengers affected, yet boarding and take off remained on schedule. We nearly missed the final boarding despite being at the airport 3+ hours ahead of our flight
Flight attendants announced that the flight had engine issue and they could not find the tool to fix it. Passengers stayed on the flight for hours and they announced that they found the tool, but not sure how long it would take. So everyone got off the flights they issued lunch vouchers by using boarding pass, however, mine didn’t work at all. The flight was delayed for more than 4 hours! They rebooked my connecting flight with only 1 hour connecting time, and the 1st flight was delayed again. How worse could it be? I’m glad the engine actually works and everyone is safe.
There should be a visible sign of Air Canada, because I walked all around and I didn't notice where was the desk, I was in a rush for the time because it was very difficult for me to find the D gate.
Older interior meant less luggage storage space. Service was good. I was in business class. I receive better service from other carriers

Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Over all good except the food was not good at all
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
