I reserved and paid for a baguette SUV so they did not have one ready. Wouldn’t give me a time when I would be ready to offer me a minivan. Ended up with a Ford Explorer Which would’ve been fine had they gave me a better rate Paying for a big SUV and getting a midsize Guy acted like I was crazy for wanting it cheaper right It’s like ordering an 8 ounce fillet at a restaurant and they bring you 6 ounce and still want you to pay the 8 ounce price Could’ve easily been handled a lot better

Very sad and dissatisfied never again they gave me a car with 4 holes in tire towed it at 12 am n got me a Lyft to pick up other car they replace n drop me off in Ontario at 2am in the morning no car no help n left me to walk back to West Covina n never returned my money very rude no help and ruined a trip to Arizona for me n my family

The pick up took forever, the lady said she did not have our reservation, she initially tried to charge us more money then said she would give us a discount - it was all very confusing and I did not understand. She told us we would be charged a large security deposit that would be refunded a couple of weeks after we returned the car - which seemed really really odd to me that they would hold that much of my money for so long. I checked my credit card and they did not do it that way but at the time, her explanation was troublesome and I didn’t have the ability to check my credit card and see what they were charging me. It made me feel uncomfortable that I was being taken advantage of. The return was a better experience- pretty quick and easy.

I reserved a cat and when I got there they didn’t have it. I had to pay 250 dollars more for a luxury car. Worse experience I ever had with a rental car

Insurance Price not well explain went I reserve on line. The price on line was 234 cnd $ and after negociation at Cancún office I pay 1 100 us $. If I want to use thé Insurance with my credit card Dollar want a deposit of 25 000 US $ on my card.

When I got to the counter I was told I had no rental l showed my confirmation but they would not give me the rental l asked if they could give me another but the price increased by 1,500.00. Very upsetting since I was going to a funeral. Very disappointed at the service I received Would not hesitate to pass along what happened to me Extremely disappointed (ex) customer

I wasn’t allowed to rent the car due to not having an incoming flight at the startdatum of the rental. I was allready 3 weeks in the US.
