Very smooth process. Lines moved quickly and the truck was as reserved. Drop off was a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way.

It was very close to the airport for pick up. What u didn’t like is how much they ask for insurance a day. The Rentsl a day $20 Insurance $85 full coverage a day. They take advantage of you

I would’ve given top ratings because the Alamo manager was great. However, I specifically reserved a convertible mustang several weeks before hand and there weren’t any available during pickup. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy at all. The only other thing they had for a convertible, was a Jeep. Not realizing how terrible they are on fuel until I had to fill up again before making it to Gainesville (from WPB).

They replaced an Audi A6 with a bmw 3 series tha was severely underpowered. They also increased the price by 50% at checkout.
