absolute scam artists. charged me $400 after i had already left the country, claiming that something they told me was covered, i had to pay for. i was left in the middle of the night in the cold with no car because the car was failing to charge and all the charging stations werent working, I called them to ask what i should do and to ask for assistance in a country i don't speak the language of, and because i suffer from a disease that makes being super cold very dangerous. They sent me a tow truck when i didn't ask for one, i was asking them why their car and charging stations weren't working. but i assumed that because they sent a tow truck without asking me, that it wold be covered. because i pay for FULL comprehensive insurance that apparently covered everything including towing. the whole ordeal ruined my entire trip and i was very unwell. and then they charged me for the tow i didn't ask for, because their car was faulty !

Companies phone number automatically disconnected when trying to reach out to let them know flights had been delayed. Expedia tried to make contact with them and also could not. Never even ended up getting the car and had to pay twice as much on the fly in the airport with a 1 year old. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Will dispute the charges today with my credit card company. TERRIBLE

When I booked a car online, I couldn't specify the exact time of pick-up, so the pick-up time was set at 12:00. I arrived at the OK Mobility office at Gran Canaria Airport at 18:00. The unfriendly lady behind the counter first scolded me for not coming earlier, then said that I would have to pay a "rebooking fee" and that since my car had been given to someone else, I would have to take a bigger car. The fact is, I will never rent a car from this company again.

I paid extra with Kayak for a different city drop off, that is sort of expected. Once I picked up the car so OK in Malaga, I was informed by them that they have a 100 Euro charge for a different city drop off. I was told that this charge is mentioned on page 3 of the contract, which I could not see before hand. I was only able to see this once I picked up the car. This charge was not excepted because Kayak already charged a premium for a different city drop off. This is just simply not right for Kayak and OK Mobility to both charge for this!

I didn't get the car. But the experience was also bad due to Kayak probably not being helpful on customer support and maybe not adding clearly the late pickup fee

Because I arrived at the airport and the vehicle was for the disabled. When I radio reservation did not ask that anywhere! The vehicle was paid for in advance, and the reservation and the vehicle were never taken up due to a lack of explanation! I would like a refund!

Car they provided was great. Low KM. Fun to drive. My only concern was when picking up. I rented for 3pm and arrived at 220. They made me wait until 3 to get the car which I wish they were more flexible. All good other
