The staff at the Thrifty car rental office were helpful. The car I rented was in the worst shape of any car I have ever rented from any rental company. There were numerous dents, scratches on the exterior and stains on the interior seats. There appeared to be two spare tires on the rental car.

did not get the car i requested iwas alittlelate bringing the car back and they charged me for that therewas a total trafick chaos at the airport nothing i could do about it

I got the vechile with low fuel, I was expected to fuel the tank to drive it, then bring it back with a full tank. Gotta love it l, paying for someone else's gas. Be prepared at this location for that to happen.

No cars were available at all when I showed up to pick mine up. Ruined my day and cost me a lot of money. Never going to use Kayak or Thrifty. Never.
