My flight was delayed 30 min and they closed before we could even get there. I called 5 min after closing when I landed and nobody answered. I was never able to pick up my rental car

This merchant did not let me take out the car. They took my money for free.

Beware this car rental company branch. First was the price that they gave me for insurance was way overpriced. Second on the way to the hotel I noticed the seatbelt sensors were not working. Third the insurance was way over priced. They have nothing except a screen they look at to give you a price. Fourth I reviewed my emailed contract when I arrived at hotel and noticed the counter person added a car upgrade I never asked for. I returned a couple of hours after to correct discrepancies and they refused. I asked to cancel my rental but they still charged me a full days rental for a couple of hours. I will never deal with this agency again!

It didn't exist at that location anymore and google reviews were awful about them stealing money, so it's probably for the best I wasn't actually able to pick up a car
