Hidden fees ($25/day to go out of state), slow shuttle service, unclean car (smelled like smoke), long wait to pickup car and forced liability insurance from Easirent even though I had my own insurance coverage.

Trash on floors, employees on drugs and stoned, and even sleeping at the check in desk

Staff were great, great service, great attitude. The hardest part was having to take two shuttles from the airport and again two shuttles back the the airport

Scheduled and paid for a mid sized SUV months ago and only received a compact, dirty, poorly maintained SUV. Shuttle to rental office didn't show up within allotted time and ended up having to pay for an Uber. Do not rent from Easirent!

Jacqueline was absolutely atrocious to deal with. I have never seen such a deflated individual serving customers. She was rude, curt and quite frankly her customer service left a lot to be desired. I truly hope her employer can and will provide some proper customer service training and monitors this individuals performance improvement plan.

Drop of was good The staff were friendly But the car needed maintenance and oil change ans the coolint and the windshield water empty
