Pros:The price was right.
Cons:The shuttle from the airport to the facility was slow. We waited almost 30 minutes. The facility is not very close to the airport. The girl who work behind the counter was friendly but VERY SLOW. It just took a long time to get the entire process completed. Be prepared for a big song and dance about how you need to buy a toll tag. We just took Routes without tolls but if you’re staying in Disney You really don’t need that. Do map where you’re going because it could be an issue for you. Also, they do you charge for additional driver. I booked this in my name so my husband was not able to drive unless we added him as an additional driver. So make sure you book it in the name of who you want to be the driver so you can save money if you don’t want to have two drivers. Overall it felt like a lot of nickel and diming.

Pros:We had to wait for some time to be picked up at the airport. There was a problem with the vehicle, and we were told that we were stuck with the car. I had AAA come out to my house to tell us that we should drive the car right back to the rental office. When we took the car back, we were told that we were out of luck and had to eat the rest of the rental. I want a refund for the balance of the rental, as we were not happy with the vehicle. The engine light was staying on. When we opened the windows, the radio station was interrupted. Clearly there was some problem with the electrical system. Finally the car died and we had to call AAA.
Cons:We could have been given the Toyota Rav 4 which we were promised. The Mitsubishi we were given was not satisfactory.

Cons:Hi First off theaddress was listed incorrectly for pick up as this place is located off the airport not in the rental car area there. Secondly, the rental agent demanded to see proof of my auto insurance and after spending 20 min renting the car said without showing him my car insurance proof while I’m away from my car and on vacation that he would no tent me a car. Never in my ode have I been asked to prove it when I deny coverage from the rental agency. Then the car we were given had not one but THREE error warning light start flashing up after we left and we didn’t notice them until we were about 2 hours away as there was a severe rainstorm that kept me from focusing on the area where they were flashing up. It wasn’t until we went and got gas that I noticed, and the attendant mechanic at that gas station told us he wouldn’t drive the car so we drove back and returned the car.

Cons:Stay away from Easirent Orlando or this could happen to you too: Easirent left us stranded at the airport and would not answer their phone. We had to take a taxi 30 minutes to our resort because by the time we figured out a plan they had shut. The next day we called them and they still didn’t answer their phone. When we did get ahold of someone they didn’t even apologize for the events and the lady told us she didn’t know anything because she works days. When we finally did get to their location we were given a smaller car than the one we had reserved and it smelled like an ash tray. At pickup they told me they were going to email me a contract, but I never received it. Then at drop off they told me they could print it for me if I wanted to wait an hour and a half. But they would email me a receipt and the contract if I just left the keys, but I never received that either. After checking my card transactions, they over charged me by $100 for a smaller car, and almost two-day shorter rental time (because I dropped it off a day early too).

Cons:The pickup was a disaster taking well over an hour. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the office was overflowing with angry customers. People told us they had been waiting for almost two hours. They also said that the case monatomic was trying to “rip them off” with extra insurance charges. Once we were to the front of the line, the two young men working there could not have been nicer nor more efficient. The car we received was in good shape and drove nicely and the return was as easy as with any rental car company. Our bill was half what we were quoted at the name rental companies so the question is are you willing to be inconvenienced up front for the money saved. A question I will be asking myself.

Cons:The address was wrong, we got a taxi to the first address and when we were told buy the company there they had moved. We attempted to hail a taxi and failed as we were stranded in an industrial park. We rang Easirent and explained. We asked to be collected from the area as it was not far to drive (8 mins) but too far with bags, they refused and told us to get a shuttle back to the airport and then get another shuttle bus to them. When we finally arrived there was 3 staff at the counter having a laugh over how hungover they were feeling from the night before. No one apologized for sending us to the wrong area or tried to reimburse us for getting a taxi out there. Instead they went on to double the price we had already paid, we paid €63 online and then we’re asked for another €30 as I was under 25years, and then €35 for insurance not including tyres and windscreen or €41 full cover. As we were only taking the car for one evening I opted for the first cover, already annoyed at the hidden costs not highlighted when ordering online. It took over an hour in waiting time for them to clean the car even though it was already ordered. When we dropped it back the next morning because I had not bought the more expensive insurance they tried to force us to buy a new front tyre. There was a mark on the front tyre that one of the employees was sugggesting was a split in the tyre. We couldn’t believe he was trying to get even more money out of us, and at this stage were outraged by our entire experience wit them. When the manager came over to see what was wrong he went to check the tyre and agreed that we could not be charged, it was a mark on the tyre. There was no damage caused. The whole experience was awful. I would never recommend anyone to go there. I would say if you do, take a photograph of every inch of the car before you leave to help cover yourself.

Cons:Price of insurance, and insurance terms (if you have a small scratch, you will pay full excess liability) Office is far from airport (I lost 1 hour when picking up and 1 hour returning ) Shuttle stop is in the street and expose to the bad weather Car was short of windscreen wash and it was frozen as well ( not using proper liquid)
