Pick-up was smooth and too good to be true based on the reviews. Drop-off was were I understood why FOCO has negative reviews. The agents tried to charge me for excessive "dirt" on and in the car, including in the back seat where nobody sat. I had to speak with several employees before a manager preferred to waive any fees than deal with me. The online, telephone, and WhatsApp options for communication with FOCO do not work - going in person is the only way to communicate with FOCO.

everything was good and pretty easy. the check in process is a little bit lengthy, but that has been my experience when renting overseas

It took over an hour to pick up the vehicle and then the cost skyrocketed (Insurance was almost as expensive as the vehicle on top). Other than that things were fine. Dropoff was easy and there was a shuttle from and to the airport. Could be good to include that in the info, because there are no signs of it in the Airport.

Foco cancelled my prepaid rental when my airline delayed my arrival by nine hours. Repeat: they cancelled a 22 day rental paid for 2 months in advance, even though I notified the pickup counter directly by phone of the time change. Never EVER rent with this company.
