Pros:No wait, clean car, friendly staff. All good. They had just received a ton of cars back on monday morning. Clearly a mess for them and not really ready for me. But they took me out to lot and got me a car I was ok with right away without making it a hassle for me.

Cons:Can't really comment on the car because there wasn't one available. Staff was pretty bad though acted like it was normal to tell customers they would have to wait for people to maybe drop off cars on time. Enterprise, we will never do business again

Pros:Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car that I reserved was ready and waiting when I arrived. Best of all, there were no pushy sales tactics like some other rental places.

Pros:the lady that checked us in/out when we picked up the car was fabulous!!!!!! Everything went smooth; was easy and the car was perfect!!! will definately use again!!!! it wasnt something we "didn't like" but it would have nice to have navigation in the car! we had to t=burn up data on cell phone maps to get around! other than that...perfection in every way and will use again definately!

Cons:I arrived 2 minutes past closing time. I could see the workers inside the office and knocked on the door. I can see them looking up at me but they would not help me. Would not open the door or answer their phone. They must have known that they had a car reserved. I called customer service and all they could do was refer me to a branch too far for me to go to. It seems these people have no concept of "Customer Service" or just making a little extra effort to provide quality .And now I have lost the fee for insurance even though it was not used

Cons:The online reservation unfortunately was off site. I have always expected my rental car to be at the airport. I was told I would have to take a taxi to the rental place caused me to look for another rental car agency. Most of the other rental companies were unable to rent me a car. I ended up paying over $400.00 to rent from Avis. You need to assure customers who are flying that their car will be at the AIRPORT. Rest assured that I will share this unfortunate incident with all my friends who travel.

Cons:The car did not have a hook up to charge my cell phone. I thought that was standard in cars that you rented? It was a problem for me on this business trip.
