Despite the reservation, I was told no cars were available. Ended up having to take a Lyft for a 2 hour drive

I got charged almost $90 extra dollars and when I asked for help I was told “idk it’s above my pay grade”….i have 4 kids..I can’t play about my money. Everywhere was perfect at return and I pumped gas before returning it as well. It was clean. I’m not sure why they couldn’t help.

I don't like one thing. They got deposit which they said they going to return in two business days but now more than two days and I got back nothing.

Garbage don’t ever run through KAYAK or enterprise again. Did not even have my vehicle. I got there and they told me they don’t have a car for me and sent me home.
